Definitions
- the present invention relates to a benchmark technique that is set as a reference position when a structure such as a wall material is arranged in construction of a building, and particularly relates to a benchmark marking tool and a marking method thereof.
- a plurality of reference positions are set when arranging structures. For example, when a wall material is placed indoors, one reference position is set on the floor of each floor, and reference positions with the reference position as a parent are set at various locations indoors.
- a reference position is called a benchmark, and the period during which construction is performed is an important reference for determining the position of the structural material.
- the benchmark marking tool must be highly fixed so that the benchmark can be maintained for a long time.
- the fixing plate is nailed or screwed to the structure of the building. For this reason, even if it takes a long time to construct a building, the benchmark setting position can be maintained during the construction period.
- the benchmark marking tool may be removed and removed from the structure during construction or after completion of construction because the benchmark marking tool hinders the import of equipment or impairs the appearance quality of the structure during construction. Many.
- the work burden imposed on the removal work increases as the benchmark marking tool is firmly fixed to the structure.
- the conventional benchmark marking tool In addition, in the conventional benchmark marking tool, the possibility of causing cracks in the structure at the nail or screwed portion is increased, and there is a gap between the base material of the structure and the benchmark marking tool. As a result, the watertightness of the structure is easily impaired. That is, the conventional benchmark marking tool is not a preferable configuration for a building of a facility where a high water tightness is required for the structure. In particular, in a facility for handling radioactive materials such as a nuclear power plant, high water tightness is required for the structure so that the radioactive materials attached to the floor surface and wall surface do not penetrate to the deep part of the attached site. It is difficult to apply conventional benchmark marking tools to such facilities.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the desired setting position is maintained during the construction period of the building, and further, the removal work is unnecessary and the water tightness of the structure is maintained.
- the objective is to provide a benchmark marking tool and a benchmark marking method.
- the upper surface is formed in a planar shape, and the marking plate on which the benchmark is marked on the upper surface, and the back surface of the upper surface of the marking plate A stud that is extended and embedded in a structure of a building to fix the marking plate; and an outer peripheral flange that is provided around the marking plate and is embedded in a paint layer formed on the structure.
- the upper surface of the marking plate is equal to or lower than the upper surface level of the paint layer of the structure. It is provided as follows.
- the upper surface of the outer peripheral flange may have a groove formed along the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral flange.
- the stud may be configured to extend from the back surface of the upper surface of the marking plate and to have a bent portion bent in a direction different from the extending direction.
- the sign plate may be made of stainless steel, and the stud may be made of carbon steel and covered with a material having higher corrosion resistance than carbon steel.
- the outer peripheral flange can be set parallel to the floor surface or with an inclination.
- a plurality of outer peripheral flanges may be provided around the marking plate.
- a countersunk screw having a flat top surface on the head is prepared, the benchmark is marked on the top surface of the head, and the countersunk screw is attached to the structure of the building. Adjust the plate so that the upper surface of its head is level with the upper surface level of the paint layer applied to the structure or located below the upper surface level of the paint layer when placed on the body. The screw portion of the screw is fitted into the structural material.
- the desired setting position is maintained during the construction period of the building, and further, the removal work becomes unnecessary and the water tightness of the structure is maintained.

- the stud 12 has a bent portion 12a bent in a direction different from the extending direction at an intermediate position.
- the dimension and shape of the stud 12 are not particularly limited. By fixing the shape of the stud 12 at an intermediate position, the fixing ability of the marking plate 11 is enhanced.
- the benchmark marking tool 10 is installed on a concrete floor 20 on which a structure is painted in consideration of water tightness like a building of a nuclear power plant.
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the floor on which the benchmark marking tool 10 is installed.
- the marking plate 11 of the benchmark marking tool 10 is provided so that the upper surface 11 ⁇ / b> S is equal to the level of the upper surface 30 ⁇ / b> S of the paint layer 30.
- the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 may be provided below the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 in order to increase the water tightness of the floor 20 by painting.
- 2 indicates the upper surface 30S of the coating layer 30 when the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 is provided below the level of the upper surface 30S of the coating layer 30.
- the thickness of the paint layer 30 is appropriately set based on the specifications, and in this embodiment, the thickness is set to 2 millimeters. That is, it is set to the same dimension as the dimension from the upper surface 13S of the outer peripheral flange 13 of the benchmark marking tool 10 to the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11.
- the outer peripheral flange 13 of the benchmark marking tool 10 is provided on the paint layer 30 as shown in FIG.
- the outer peripheral flange 13 may be provided on the concrete floor 20 in order to enhance the fixing function of the benchmark marking tool 10.
- 2 indicates the upper surface 20S 'of the floor 20 when the upper surface 13S of the outer peripheral flange 13 is provided below the level of the upper surface 20S of the floor 20.
- the conventional benchmark marking tool includes a plate that is fixed by driving a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw into a structure of a building, and an information sheet that is detachably attached to the main body.
- a structure is formed in which a gap is formed at the boundary between the fixing base material such as a nail or a screw that fixes the benchmark marking tool and the structure base material. May damage water tightness of the body.
- FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a benchmark marking method proposed in view of conventional problems.
- a countersunk screw 50 in which the upper surface 51S of the head 51 is formed in a flat shape is prepared as a benchmark marking tool, and the benchmark is marked on the upper surface 51S of the head 51.
- the upper surface 51 ⁇ / b> S of the head 51 is leveled with the level of the upper surface 30 ⁇ / b> S of the paint layer 30 of the floor 20 with the flat head screw 50 placed on the floor 20.

Therefore, even if it takes a long time to construct a building, the benchmark setting position can be maintained during the construction period.
- the upper surface 51S is formed in planar shape.
- the screw portion 52 is adjusted so that the upper surface 51S of the head 51 is equal to the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 or positioned below the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30. Inserted.
- the upper surface of the benchmark marking tool that is, the upper surface 51S of the head 51 and the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 of the floor 20 are flush with each other. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the benchmark marking tool from the structure and remove it during construction or after completion of construction because the benchmark marking tool hinders the delivery of equipment or impairs the appearance quality of the structure. .

- the benchmark marking tool 10 includes a stud 12 that extends from the back surface of the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 and is embedded in the floor 20 to fix the marking plate 11. For this reason, the benchmark marking tool 10 can be secured to the floor 20 by avoiding the occurrence of cracks in the structure which is a concern when the benchmark marking tool is nailed or screwed.
- the upper surface 11S is formed in a planar shape, and the upper surface 11S includes a marking plate 11 on which a benchmark is marked. Then, with the marking plate 11 placed on the floor 20, the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 is equal to the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 applied to the floor 20, or the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 It is provided so as to be located below the level. Therefore, similarly to the case where the benchmark marking tool is configured using the countersunk screw 50 (see FIG. 3), when the coating is completed, the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 and the upper surface 20S of the floor 20 of the benchmark marking tool 10 are It will be the same. - the benchmark marking tool 10 that does not include the outer peripheral flange 13
- cleaning water containing a radioactive substance enters from a gap formed at the boundary between the benchmark marking tool 10 and the paint layer 30, and has a relatively low porosity.
- a gap seal portion 100 is formed at the boundary between the paint layer 30 and the outer peripheral flange 13. That is, the sealing action of the benchmark marking tool 10 using the adhesiveness of the paint applied to the floor 20 is enhanced by providing the outer peripheral flange 13. For this reason, for example, at the time of floor cleaning of a nuclear power plant, the rate at which cleaning water containing a radioactive substance moves from the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 to the deep part of the base material of the floor 20 is delayed, and the radioactive substance is easily captured. Become.

- the surface 11S is provided so as to be equal to the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30 formed on the floor 20 or below the level of the upper surface 30S of the paint layer 30. For this reason, the predetermined setting position is maintained during the construction period of the building, and further, the removal work is unnecessary and the water tightness of the structure is maintained.
- the stud 12 of the benchmark marking tool 10 has a bent portion 12a that extends from the back surface of the upper surface 11S of the marking plate 11 and is bent in a direction different from the extending direction. For this reason, when a force in the vertical direction acts on the benchmark marking tool 10, the bent portion 12 a is braked so as to be caught on the base material of the floor 20. Accordingly, the fixing action is enhanced as compared with the case where the bent portion 12a is not provided.

Abstract
