Abstract

【課題】　　　従来の剥離紙を使用しない粘着ラベルでは形成しえなかった四角形以外の型抜きを、被着体に要求されるラベルの形状で提供し、剥離紙を使用しない本来の目的である省資源に寄与する粘着ラベルを提供する。　　【解決手段】　　　　完全に切り離された状態の単一のラベルの上面に紫外線硬化型のシリコーン剤を塗布し、下面に粘着剤が塗布された単一の粘着ラベルの全てを、同じ向きに長さ方向にずらして重ね、ラベルとラベルが重なった部分で連結し連続で帯状に形成しコイル状に巻き取る。

[0001 ] 本発明は剥離紙を使用しない粘着ラベルに関する。
背景の技術
[0002] 従来の剥離紙を使用しない粘着ラベルには、 ラベルの上面にシリコーンを 塗布しラベルの下面に粘着剤を塗布し長尺帯状のラベル主体に適宜間隔でミ シン目を設けて単一のラベルを形成すると共に、 当該ラベル主体をコイル状 に巻き取ったものであり、 ミシン目から切り離すか、 ミシン目を設けてない ものはカツ卜刃で断裁しラベルを切り離す。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0003] 以上に述べた従来の剥離紙を使用しない粘着ラベルによれば、 長尺帯状の ラベルとラベルの間をミシン目から切り離したり断裁刃で切断するため、 こ の構造の単一の粘着ラベルの外周の形が四角形に限定され、 被着体もこれに 限定される。
[0004] 本発明は、 このような従来の構成が有していた問題を解決しょうとするも のであり、 被着体に要求される形に型抜きされた粘着ラベルを提供すること を目的とするものである。
課題を解決するための手段
[0005] そして、 本発明は上記目的を達成するために、 完全に切り離された単一の ラベルの上面に剥離性能がある紫外線硬化型のシリコーン剤が塗布され、 同 じラベルの下面には粘着剤を塗布した状態で、 ラベルを同じ向きに長さ方向 にずらして重ね、 ラベルとラベルが重なった部分で連結し、 連続で帯状に形 成しコイル状に巻き取りしたものである。
発明の効果 [0006] 上述したように本発明の粘着ラベルは、 被着体に要求される円形や三角形
、 四角形などの粘着ラベルの形状を形成できることで、 食品、 文具、 飲料な ど、 多品種の包装材料に適用する粘着ラベルを提供できる。
[0007] また、 完全に切り離された単一の粘着ラベルが同じ向き、 同じ方向で長さ方 向にずらして重ね帯状に形成したことによりに、 複数を要す被着体に対し容 易に貼着できることで作業効率が向上し、 従来の剥離紙がない粘着ラベルの 提供が困難であった被着体に、 本発明で適用可能で剥離紙を使用しない本来 の目的である省資源に寄与する粘着ラベルである。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0010] 本発明を実施の形態の一例を図面にしたがって説明する。
[0011 ] 図 1は、 単一の粘着ラベルをずらして重ね合わせ、 連続に重なった形状に 形成し、 これをコイル状に巻き取った状態を示している。
[0012] 図 1、 図 2、 の実施形態によれば、 単一のラベルをずらして重ね、 ラベル とラベルが連結して帯状に形成するために 1 a、 1 b、 1 c、 1 d、 1 e、 1 f 、 1 g、 6に至るラベルの下面に粘着剤 5が塗布されて、 その上面には 情報を印刷 3をした後、 粘着剤に対して剥離性能がある紫外線硬化型のシリ コーン剤 4を塗布し、 2に区画する重なった部分を全てのラベルに施し、 連 続で結合して帯状に形成し、 長さ方向に管状の芯 7にコイル状に巻き付けた ラベルを 6に形成する。

[0014] 上述したように本発明の粘着ラベルは、 被着体に要求される円形や三角形 、 四角形などの粘着ラベルの形状を形成できることで、 食品、 文具、 飲料な ど、 多品種の包装材料に適用する粘着ラベルを提供できる。
[0015] また、 完全に切り離された単一の粘着ラベルが同じ向き、 同じ方向で長さ 方向にずらして重ね帯状に形成したことによりに、 複数を要す被着体に対し 容易に貼着できることで作業効率が向上し、 従来の剥離紙がない粘着ラベル の提供が困難であった被着体に、 本発明で適用可能で剥離紙を使用しない本 来の目的である省資源に寄与する粘着ラベルである。

請求の範囲
完全に切り離された単一のラベルの上面に剥離性能がある紫外線硬化型の シリコーン剤が塗布されて、 同じラベルの下面には粘着剤を塗布した状 で 、 ラベルを同じ向きに長さ方向にずらして重ね、 ラベルとラベルが重なった 部分で連結し、 連続で帯状に形成しコィル状に巻き取ることを特徴とした粘 着ラベル。
