Claims (6)
- 芯金によって補強されたゴムシールの外径部に厚肉の嵌合部を設け、その嵌合部を外輪の内径面端部に形成されたシール溝に圧入嵌合して、ゴムシールを取付けるようにした転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置において、
前記ゴムシールに形成された嵌合部の軸方向外方に、前記外輪のシール溝から軸方向外方に形成された大径円筒面に弾性接触される接触部を設けたことを特徴とする転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。 - 前記接触部が環状の突出部からなる請求項1に記載の転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。
- 前記突出部の前記嵌合部と対向する側面を、突出部の外径部を薄肉厚とするテーパ面とした請求項2に記載の転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。
- 前記芯金が、円筒部を外周に有してなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。
- 前記芯金が、プレス打抜きによる剪断縁を外周に有し、その芯金の外径と前記大径円筒面の内径の半径差を0.1mm以上2mm以下とした請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。
- 前記ゴムシールが、内輪の外周に弾性接触される複数のシールリップを有してなる請求項1乃至5のいずれかの項に記載の転がり軸受密封用ゴムシールの固定装置。
