Abstract

Procédé de synthèse d'une poudre comportant les étapes successives suivantes : A) préparation d'une liqueur mère comportant : i. un constituant de base oxyde ou un précurseur dudit constituant de base et un constituant additionnel de formule MC, ledit constituant additionnel étant composé : d'un agent M choisi dans le groupe des oxoanions, des anions des éléments de la colonne 17 du tableau périodique des éléments, de l'hydroxyde OH-, et de leurs mélanges, et; d'un complément C, ce complément étant inorganique lorsque l'agent est l'hydroxyde OH-; ou ii. un constituant de base oxyde ou un précurseur dudit constituant de base incorporant un agent M choisi dans le groupe des oxoanions, des anions des éléments de la colonne 17 du tableau périodique des éléments, et de leurs mélanges; B) préparation, à partir de ladite liqueur mère et par voie hydrothermale, d'un sol dont les particules brutes ont une taille maximale supérieure à 10 nm et inférieure à 250 nm, voire inférieure à 100 nm; C) lavage du sol de manière à obtenir, après une éventuelle étape de séchage, une poudre comportant plus de 99,3% dudit constituant de base, en pourcentage massique sur la base de la matière sèche.
