Abstract

複数の鉄心片15、16を形成する帯板材33の端部34を製品の一部として使用し、しかも帯板材33の端部34を二度切りすることなく、転積も行う固定子積層鉄心10及びその製造方法を提供する。 磁性体からなる帯板材33の側辺をそのまま鉄心片15、16の一辺として使用する固定子積層鉄心10であって、中央に形成されたロータ空間14の中心20が、鉄心片15、16の中心に対して一方向に偏って形成された、それぞれ同一形状の鉄心片15、16を、各鉄心片15、16のロータ空間14の中心20を一致させた状態で転積してかしめ積層している。
