Abstract
PURPOSE: To save the material by punching out more than two rows of two pairs of linear sections which are parallel each other and the facing sections are rectangular, and the stator core having four short sections where facing sections are parallel each other, from one band steel.
CONSTITUTION: Core 8 is comprised of two parallel first linear sections 9al, 9a2 having outer circumference of L, parallel second linear sections 9b1, 9b2 having the length of L2 where L2<L1, four third linear sections 9c1-9c4 formed between the end of second linear section and first short linear section, and four arched sections 9d1-9d4 formed between the end of first linear section and the end of third linear section. Third linear sections facing each other through the center of core 0 are made parallel, and more than two rows of said core 8 are zigzag punched from one band steel 10. Consequently the material can be saved.
