Abstract
板状の素材50を所定形状に絞り成形するプレス成形において、素材50に対するシワ押えとして、第一のシワ押えと、第二のシワ押えとを順に行い、第一のシワ押えと第二のシワ押えとの間に、素材50における第二のシワ押えを受ける側の部分が、第一のシワ押えを受けた部分に対して絞り方向側に位置するように、素材50を変形させる呼び込みを行う。ここで、第一のシワ押えは、素材50におけるシワ押えを受ける部分のうち、所定形状となるまでの絞り深さが比較的深い側の部分に対するシワ押えである。また、第二のシワ押えは、シワ押えを受ける部分のうち、前記絞り深さが比較的浅い側の部分に対するシワ押えである。これによれば、成形品が、比較的複雑な曲面形状を有することから、絞り加工による成形に際しての素材の成形量(絞り深さ)が均一でないものである場合に、素材の割れやシワに対して有利であり、成形の安定性の向上を図ることができる。
