Abstract

 閉ループ11で作動ガスを圧縮し膨張させて極低温を発生させる極低温冷凍装置10。高圧部と低圧部を連通するバイパスライン22と、バイパスラインの中間に位置し高圧側と低圧側にそれぞれ圧力調整弁23a,23bを有する貯気タンク24と、各圧力調整弁を制御する圧力制御装置26とを備える。圧力制御装置26は、貯気タンク24の圧力が、常温かつ停止時に閉ループと同一となり、運転時に高圧部と低圧部の中間の低圧部に近い圧力となるように各圧力調整弁23a,23bを制御する。
