Abstract

 膨張弁(18)の開度を制御する弁制御手段(53)が、冷媒回路(20)で利用側熱交換器(37)が蒸発器として動作するように冷凍サイクルを行いながら冷媒回路(20)に冷媒を充填する冷媒充填運転時に、開度指令値が下限指令値に等しくなっている状態で、膨張弁(18)と圧縮機(30)の吸入側と間の低圧側冷媒の状態に基づいて膨張弁(18)が閉状態になっているか否かを判定する判定動作を行うように構成する。そして、弁制御手段(53)は、判定動作で膨張弁(18)が閉状態になっていると判定した場合に下限指令値を大きな値に補正するように構成する。
