Claims (15)
- 冷却システム、好ましくは冷凍プラント及び/若しくは液化機プラントにて使用するように、又はそれらを含むように適合された冷却システムであって、
ヘリウムとネオンとの混合物を含む冷媒を使用するよう構成された冷凍回路(1)を含み、
前記冷媒は原料混合物を主成分とするものであり、好ましくは前記冷媒は、空気分離プラント(2)により空気から抽出される前記原料混合物を含む、
冷却システム。 - ヘリウム及びネオンを含む前記原料混合物を空気から抽出するよう構成された空気分離プラント(2)を更に含み、前記原料混合物が、前記冷媒として使用されるか、又は前記冷媒の主成分を形成する、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記原料混合物が、窒素及び/又は水素を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記原料混合物から不純物、好ましくは窒素を除去するよう構成された精製装置(3)を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記空気分離プラント(2)が、周囲空気から前記原料混合物を抽出するよう構成され、前記原料混合物が、好ましくは前記周囲空気に存在するネオン/ヘリウム比にほぼ等しいネオン/ヘリウム比、好ましくは約3.5の前記ネオン/ヘリウム比を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷却システム及び前記冷媒が、約25K〜80K未満、好ましくは約25K〜70K未満、又は約25K〜63K未満の温度に冷却するように構成された、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷凍回路(1)が、ブレイトンサイクル若しくはクロードサイクルを実施するよう構成され、かつ/又は前記冷凍回路(1)は1つ以上のターボ圧縮機(11)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- ヘリウム及びネオンを含む前記原料混合物が、前記極低温空気分離プラント(2)の精留塔内の空気から抽出される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷却システムが、前記原料混合物中に含まれ、好ましくは前記冷媒中にもまた含まれるヘリウム及びネオンのどちらも、前記空気分離プラント(2)とは異なる供給源により添加されないよう構成された、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷凍回路(1)が、ガス、好ましくはヘリウム及び/又はネオン及び/又は水素の冷却及び/又は液化用に構成された、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 冷凍回路(1)で使用可能な冷媒の製造方法であって、
空気からヘリウム及びネオンを含む原料混合物を抽出すること並びに
前記原料混合物を前記冷媒として使用すること、又は前記原料混合物から前記冷媒を得ること、
を含み、
前記原料混合物は好ましくは窒素及び水素を更に含む、
冷媒の製造方法。 - 前記原料混合物から不純物、好ましくは窒素を除去することを更に含む、請求項10又は11に記載の冷媒の製造方法。
- 前記原料混合物が周囲空気から抽出され、前記原料混合物が前記周囲空気に含まれるネオン/ヘリウム比にほぼ等しいネオン/ヘリウム比、好ましくは約3.5の前記ネオン/ヘリウム比を含む、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒の製造方法。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒の製造方法、並びに
冷凍回路(1)内、好ましくは冷凍プラント及び/若しくは液化機プラントにて使用される冷凍回路内(1)内、又はそれらを含む冷凍回路内(1)内で、前記冷媒を循環させること、
を含む、冷却方法。 - 前記冷凍回路(1)でブレイトンサイクル又はクロードサイクルを実施し、かつ前記冷凍回路(1)が好ましくは1つ以上のターボ圧縮機(11)を含む、請求項14に記載の冷却方法。
