Abstract

 燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法であって、冷却液の導電率増加を抑えて接触抵抗を低減させることである。隣設する燃料電池用セル間のガスを分離する燃料電池用セパレータ20の製造方法であって、チタン材またはステンレス鋼等の金属材料で凹凸状のセパレータ基体22を成形するセパレータ基体成形工程と、セパレータ基体22の凸面のみに金(Au)等の導電体で導電層24を形成する導電層形成工程と、を備える。
