有鉴于现有汽车或摩托车在遮阳隔热效能方面一直无法获得理想的突破的 情况, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种组装简便且能有效对车体形成隔离遮阳 效果的实用遮阳帘结构, 以便能真正解决日晒导致车体高温的问题。
本发明的另一目的在于在赋予遮阳帘对车体的良好隔离遮阳效能外, 更能 兼顾其不使用时的收藏便利性。

由上揭结构组成的本发明遮阳帘对车体的隔离遮阳实施上,将其收纳筒 10 采取两两相对反向并组枢结型态折展组立后, 利用其两侧传动箱 13底部的磁 铁 133直接将之吸附固定于车体顶部, 将两侧遮阳帘 1的拉杆 3的缩杆段 5相 插接连成一体, 使其一次即得将二遮阳帘 1同步往前或往后拉伸, 并以其扣钩 4勾设于前、 后保险杆, 藉以对车体形成完整的遮覆隔离, 使阳光不致直接照 入车内, 避免车内温度高升, 而在其遮阳帘 1外拉的过程中, 将连动其卷轴 20 及端部的从动齿轮 23,进而啮合传动齿轮 24卷收涡卷弹簧 26以蓄积回复力量, 待释放遮阳帘 1 的勾持或拉伸状态后, 即可利用涡卷弹簧 26 的回复力促使传 动齿轮 24回转, 进而啮合从动齿轮 23及卷轴 20回转卷收遮阳帘 1, 回复不使 用型态, 而后即可将其自车辆取下并收藏, 达收藏不占空间, 而使用相当简便 的实用性。
另, 请参阅图 9的结构分解示意图、 图 10的结构示意图及图 1 1的实施状 态参考图, 系为本发明的一较佳实施例。 如图所示, 其主要是实施于车体后车 厢盖的结构型态, 其同样设有一收纳筒 30供卷轴 40及穿置及遮阳帘 50卷收, 该收纳筒 30的尺径可相符于后车厢盖宽度大小, 于该收纳筒 30两端分别衔组 一传动箱 31、 32,而卷轴 40两端同样套合轴承 41、 42而穿组突伸于传动箱 31、 32外端, 并键结组设有从动齿轮 43、 44, 从动齿轮 43、 44一侧啮合有大尺径 传动齿轮 45、 46, 传动齿轮 45、 46轴部结合有轴座 451、 461 , 俾得分别嵌绕 一涡卷弹簧 47、 48, 且两侧涡卷弹簧 47、 48恰呈反向型态, 使其具有驱动两 侧传动齿轮 45、 46同步回转驱动从动齿轮 43、 44及卷轴 40卷收遮阳帘 50的 效能, 同时为配合其遮阳帘 50自后车厢往前拉设的型态, 于该等遮阳帘 50的 基部制设有一预定规格的缺槽 51,藉以可避过后车厢盖的锁具部位,如此一来, 在平常不使用状态下, 得以将遮阳帘 50卷收于收纳筒 30 内, 并将收纳筒 30 固定组装于后车厢盖的预定位置,待欲使用遮阳功能时,只须将后车厢盖打开, 并将遮阳帘 50拉伸越过车体而勾扣于前保险杆上, 再将后车厢盖盖上, 即得 完成其遮阳帘 50的张设, 必要时更得于遮阳帘 50侧边加设吸盘吸附于车体, 使其遮阳帘 50 的张设型态可获得稳固维持, 有效杜绝阳光直接射入车内, 避 免车内温度高升问题, 同时在不使用时, 亦仅需简单的拉放动作即可自动完成 其卷收, 相当地方便, 且不占空间, 更不破坏车体的美观, 整体而言, 确堪称 为一便利而实用的设计。
另, 请再参阅图 12的结构组立图、 图 13的结构分解示意图, 为本发明的 一较佳实施例。 如图所示, 其中, 由于后车厢盖的宽度比车体整体宽度更小, 遮阳帘恐怕无法完全遮蔽车体, 因此有必要使遮阳帘能够拉伸出更宽尺寸的遮 阳帘, 但, 在卷收时却需能卷收到较小尺寸的收纳筒 60 中, 因此在结构上作 了部份的修改, 其主要是实施于车体后车厢盖的结构型态, 其同样设有一收纳 筒 60供卷轴 61及穿置及遮阳帘 62卷收, 该收纳筒 60的尺径可相符于后车厢 盖宽度大小, 收纳筒 60在一切缝 601处将增大其开口间距, 于该收纳筒 60两 端分别衔组一传动箱 63、 64, 而卷轴 61两端同样套合轴承 65、 66而穿组突伸 于传动箱 63、 64外端, 并键结组设有从动齿轮 67、 68, 从动齿轮 67、 68—侧 啮合有大尺径传动齿轮 69、 70, 传动齿轮 69、 70轴部结合有轴座 71、 72, 俾 得分别嵌绕一涡卷弹簧 73、 74, 且两侧涡卷弹簧 73、 74恰呈反向型态, 使其 具有驱动两侧传动齿轮 69、 70同步回转驱动从动齿轮 67、 68及卷轴 61卷收 遮阳帘 62的效能; 其中于卷轴 61上等距设有数个导轮 611, 于收纳筒 60位于 切缝 601开口处上、 下设置有一组导引件 75, 上、 下导引件 75为一个连续波 面, 上导引件于每个连续波面的波底前侧凸出设有压制片 76, 压制片 7的前缘 则位于卷轴 61的导轮 611的中间, 当前述组件组合后, 遮阳帘 62在卷收时, 因导引件 75利用连续波面会先使遮阳帘依着波面而发生折收作用, 当遮阳帘 62进入收纳筒 60受卷轴 61的导轮 61 1与压制片 76作动下,遮阳帘 62会依卷 轴 61而产生折景作用, 即能使遮阳帘卷收于收纳筒 60中, 如此即能达成增大 遮阳帘 62之下又能作成拉伸或卷收, 遮阳帘 62自后车厢往前拉设的型态, 于 该等遮阳帘 62的基部制设有一预定规格的缺槽 621,藉以可避过后车厢盖的锁 具部位, 如此一来, 在平常不使用状态下, 得以将遮阳帘 62卷收于收纳筒 60 内, 并将收纳筒 60 固定组装于后车厢盖的预定位置, 待欲使用遮阳功能时, 只须将后车厢盖打开, 并将遮阳帘 62拉伸越过车体而勾扣于前保险杆上, 再 将后车厢盖盖上, 即得完成其遮阳帘 62的张设, 必要时更得于遮阳帘 62侧边 加设吸盘吸附于车体, 使其遮阳帘 62 的张设型态可获得稳固维持, 有效杜绝 阳光直接射入车内, 避免车内温度高升问题, 同时在不使用时, 亦仅需简单的 拉放动作即可自动完成其卷收, 相当地方便, 且不占空间, 更不破坏车体的美 观, 整体而言, 确堪称为一便利而实用的设计。
另, 请再参阅图 14的结构组立图、 图 15为应用于货车的实施状态参考图, 为本发明的一较佳实施例。 如图所示, 本发明之遮阳帘也可以设作成以电动方 式做为卷收, 其系将前述之收纳筒 30及传动箱 31、 32固设于车辆, 并于车体 52 的左右两侧上缘边固设有一方为开口的轨道条 53, 开口则呈相对状, 又于 车头位于防撞的保险杆处设一有马达的卷动器 55, 卷动器 55则与一卷收轮轴 56相接, 于卷收轮轴 56与遮阳帘 50之间则相接一细线 54, 当启动卷动器 55 时该卷收轮轴 56将细线 54作卷收,而遮阳帘 50依着车体 52两侧的轨道条 53 开口往前拉伸, 即可将车子车辆与挡风玻璃整个给遮住, 而达到货车或其它车 辆以电动方式来作遮阳效果。
另外, 请参见图 16是本发明另一较佳实施例实施于摩托车状态参考图。 本 发明除了供在汽车上使用外, 也能进一步提供给摩托车来使用, 其仅要将本发 明的收纳筒 10固定在摩托车的一端, 再拉动遮阳帘 1固定到摩托车的另一端, 如此不仅能将摩托车整部遮住不受阳光照射外, 亦可仅遮蔽座垫处使座垫不会 受热而无难坐不舒适。
经由以上说明, 可知本发明在汽车的遮阳功能达成上, 利用可装设于车辆 或后车厢的收纳简设计, 于收纳筒内部穿设有一转轴以连结组设遮阳帘, 转轴 一端设有从动齿轮, 从动齿轮的一侧又啮合有大尺径的传动齿轮, 并在传动齿 轮结合一涡卷弹簧, 藉以赋予拉引遮阳帘连动从动齿轮啮合传动齿轮卷收涡卷 弹簧以蓄积回复力, 并在释放对遮阳帘的拉引力量后, 则可以涡卷弹簧的回复 掣控传动齿轮啮合从动齿轮及轴杆快速卷收遮阳帘, 依此达成其遮阳帘的拉伸 及卷收功能, 而前述的基体乃得采用单座反向并组或双座折展并组, 以缩减其 不使用时的收藏尺寸, 而使用时又得快速予以展立固定, 使其得以吸附固定于 车辆上, 或组设于后车厢盖内缘顶部, 并在必要时仅需简易的拉伸勾设动作, 即可完成遮阳帘的张设以达遮阳隔热作用, 而不使用时又可快速卷收收藏, 从 而可赋予极佳的实用价值, 确不失为一优异、 突出的创新设计。
综上所述, 本发明车辆遮阳帘, 不但结构简易, 且使用操作方便, 能有效 地对车体形成隔离遮阳作用, 避免车内温度高升, 相较于习知同类物品, 确能 符合产业利用性与实用价值, 诚不失为一优异、 突出的创新设计, 爰依法提出 专利申请。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种车辆遮阳帘, 主要具有可置设于车顶部位的收纳简, 并设有可分 别向前、 后拉伸并钩设于车体前、 后的遮阳帘, 其特征在于:
所述收纳筒的一侧横设一切缝, 以供遮阳帘穿出拉伸, 收纳筒两端分别以 封盖和传动箱封阻, 收纳筒中穿置一卷轴以衔组卷收遮阳帘, 该卷轴两端分别 藉轴承套合限位于封盖与传动箱问, 其中该卷轴穿出传动箱的一端乃键结组设 有一从动齿轮, 在从动齿轮一侧乃啮合一大尺径的传动齿轮, 在该传动齿轮的 轴部又结合一轴座, 轴座上嵌组绕置一涡卷弹簧, 该涡卷弹簧的一端固定于该 轴座, 而另端则卡设于传动箱侧边, 并以一侧盖封合传动箱, 藉该遮阳帘的拉 伸得以卷缩该涡卷弹簧以蓄积传动齿轮及从动齿轮的回复力, 而在释放遮阳帘 时, 则可藉涡卷弹簧的回复掣控传动齿轮啮合连动从动齿轮回转, 以控制卷轴 对遮阳帘的卷收。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述收纳筒两端的封 盖及传动箱侧边分别制设预定数目且相互契合的枢轴管。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述收纳简两端的封 盖及传动箱预定位置分别填设有磁铁。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述收纳筒两端的封 盖及传动箱预定位置分别组设吸盘。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述遮阳帘侧边加设 吸盘以吸附于车体。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述遮阳帘外端制设 有拉杆, 以供拉伸遮阳帘, 于拉杆制设有挂钩。
7. 一种车辆遮阳帘, 主要具有可置设于汽车后车厢盖顶部的收纳筒, 并 设有可分别向前拉伸越过车体并钩设于车体前保险杆的遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 该收纳筒的一侧横设一切缝, 以供遮阳帘穿出拉伸, 收纳筒两端分别衔组 一传动箱, 并在收纳筒内穿置有一卷轴以卷收遮阳帘, 卷轴两端各套合轴承而 穿组突伸于传动箱外端, 并分别于两端键结组设有从动齿轮, 从动齿轮一侧啮 合有大尺径传动齿轮,传动齿轮轴部结合有轴座,两轴座分别嵌绕一涡卷弹簧, 且两侧涡卷弹簧呈反向型态。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述收纳筒的尺径相 符于后车厢盖的宽度。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述遮阳帘的基部制 设有一预定规格的缺槽, 藉以可避过后车厢盖的锁具部位。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述遮阳帘侧边加设 吸盘。
11. 如权利要求 7所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述车体的左右两侧 上缘边固设有一方为开口的轨道条, 开口则呈相对状, 又于车头位于防撞的保 险杆处设一有马达的卷动器, 卷动器则与一卷收轮轴相接, 于卷收轮轴与遮阳 帘之间则相接一细线。
12. 如权利要求 7所述的车辆遮阳帘, 其特征在于: 所述于卷轴上等距设 有数个导轮, 于收纳筒位于切缝开口处上、 下设置有一组导引件, 上、 下导引 件为一个连续波面, 上导引件于每个连续波面波底处凸出设有压制片, 压制片 的前缘则位于卷轴的导轮的中间。
