Abstract
省スペース化及び低コスト化を実現可能な基板処理装置を提供する。 複数の基板処理室(230,240,250)と各基板処理室へ基板(W)を搬送するための共通搬送室(220)とを有し、基板(W)を起立姿勢で搬送しながら該基板(W)に対して所定の処理を行う基板処理装置において、少なくとも一つの基板処理室(230,240,250)を共通搬送室(220)の上方又は下方に設け、該処理室と搬送室(220)の境界部に基板(W)が通り抜け可能な基板通過口を設ける。
