Abstract

 外ガスタイプのアキュムレータにおいて、ゼロダウン時に液室に閉じ込められた液体および封入ガスが熱膨張したときに発生する圧力差を低減させる機構を備え、もってベローズ内外の圧力差を低減させて、ベローズが異常変形するのを抑制する。この目的達成のため、ゼロダウン時に液室11に閉じ込められた液体および封入ガスが熱膨張したときに発生する圧力差を低減させる圧力差調整機構21を有する。前記調整機構21は、ベローズキャップ8のオイルポート4側にコイルスプリング23で支持された可動プレート22を有する。定常作動時、プレート22はスプリング23に支持された状態でキャップ8とともに移動し、ゼロダウン時、プレート22はキャップ8とともに移動してシール13に接触し、液体および封入ガスの熱膨張時には、プレート22はシール13に接触したままでキャップ8が液体圧とガス圧が釣り合う位置までスプリング23を圧縮しながら移動する。
