筒状容器11、第1蓋体12、第2蓋体13、及びピストン・軸体15によって形成される加圧ガス室17と
を備える。
Claims (10)
- 安全機構を備えたガスシリンダアクチュエータ(10)であって、
筒状容器(11)と、
ピストン・軸体(15)と、
前記筒状容器(11)の両端にそれぞれ設けられ、前記筒状容器(11)との間にシール部材を介して前記筒状容器(11)を封止する第1蓋体(12)及び第2蓋体(13)であって、前記ピストン・軸体(15)が通過する貫通孔(14)が設けられた第1蓋体(12)、及びガス充填路(16)が設けられた第2蓋体(13)と、
前記筒状容器(11)、前記第1蓋体(12)、前記第2蓋体(13)、及び前記ピストン・軸体(15)によって形成される加圧ガス室(17)とを備え、
前記第2蓋体(13)は、前記ガス充填路(16)の流動調整部材(19)と、前記流動調整部材(19)に対応して設けられるシール部材(20)とを収容する取付座(18)を有し、
前記流動調整部材(19)は、前記ピストン・軸体(15)の引き込み行程を規制する規制タブ(21)を備え、
前記規制タブ(21)は、前記ピストン・軸体(15)によって前記規制タブ(21)が押しつぶされた場合に、規制された破断または変形を引き起こす脆弱部(23)を有した本体部(22)から突設される
ことを特徴とするガスシリンダアクチュエータ。 - 前記取付座(18)は、前記加圧ガス室(17)内に開口しており、
前記流動調整部材(19)は、前記ガス充填路(16)を前記流動調整部材(19)のための前記取付座(18)内に連通して前記第2蓋体(13)に形成された貫通孔(25)に挿入される心出し軸(24)を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。 - 前記心出し軸(24)は、前記流動調整部材(19)の前記本体部(22)における前記規制タブ(21)とは反対側の位置で、前記本体部(22)から延設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記規制タブ(21)は、前記ガスシリンダアクチュエータ(10)の対称軸(X)に平行な軸線方向に延設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記規制タブ(21)は、前記ガスシリンダアクチュエータ(10)の対称軸(X)に同軸状に延設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記流動調整部材(19)の前記本体部(22)は、前記心出し軸(24)に対し、径方向に延設されることにより、前記シール部材(20)を押圧する環状面(26)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2と、請求項3と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項4と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項5とのいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記シール部材(20)は、シールリングからなり、前記流動調整部材(19)を収容する前記取付座(18)の底面(27)と、前記流動調整部材(19)の前記本体部(22)の前記環状面(26)との間で押圧されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記流動調整部材(19)の前記本体部(22)は、実質的に円柱状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記脆弱部(23)は、前記流動調整部材(19)の中心軸線周りに180°の角度範囲にわたって形成された径方向凹部(28)を備えることにより、行程超過となる前記ピストン・軸体(15)の押し込みがあったときに、屈曲して前記規制タブ(21)の方に向けて変形するか、または破断する平坦部(29)を前記本体部(22)に形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記心出し軸(24)と、前記心出し軸(24)を収容する前記貫通孔(25)との間には、ガスの通過を可能とする遊びが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2と、請求項3と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項4と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項5と、請求項6と、請求項7と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項8と、請求項2または請求項3を引用する請求項9とのいずれか1項に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
