本发明的一种太阳能导热油加热系统,包括通过出油管和回油管连接的太阳能导热油加热器和用热设备,回油管上设置有循环泵,还包括囊式膨胀槽,所述囊式膨胀槽包括密封的外囊体,所述外囊体内部设置有内囊体,所述内囊体下端与回油管连通,内囊体上端设置有位于外囊体外部的排气阀门,所述外囊体设置有充气阀门。本发明的有益效果是:安装简单,维护方便,确保导热油系统与大气隔绝,避免高温导热油氧化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能导热油加热系统。
背景技术
目前,导热油加热系统中,因导热油被加热体积膨胀较大,故在导热油系统中设有膨胀槽,而一般的膨胀槽往往采用简单的空罐,在膨胀槽的顶部安装与大气连通的排气管,膨胀槽安装在系统的最高点,实际应用过程中膨胀槽内的油温较高,有的甚至达到150℃,造成高温导热油与空气发生化学反应而变质,严重缩短导热油的使用寿命,并且安装位置较高,一般安装在系统的最高点,安装和维护很不方便。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种安装简单方便,能够有效防止导热油氧化的太阳能导热油加热系统。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种太阳能导热油加热系统,包括通过出油管和回油管连接的太阳能导热油加热器和用热设备,回油管上设置有循环泵,还包括囊式膨胀槽,所述囊式膨胀槽包括密封的外囊体,所述外囊体内部设置有内囊体,所述内囊体下端与回油管连通,内囊体上端设置有位于外囊体外部的排气阀门,所述外囊体设置有充气阀门。
上述循环泵与用油设备之间的回油管上设置有油气分离器,所述油气分离器上设置有自动排气阀,所述自动排气阀连接有排气管,所述排气管末端延伸入储油罐内的液位以下。
上述内囊体下端与回油管之间连接有弯曲盘绕的散热管。
上述外囊体顶部设置有压力表。
上述储油罐上设置有液位计。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用囊式膨胀槽,通过一根较长的弯曲盘绕的散热管与囊式膨胀槽相连,有效的增加散热面积,在导热油保持密闭状态下,使得囊式膨胀罐中导热油的温度小于70℃。2.囊式膨胀罐可以安装在地面上,安装简单,维护方便。3.排气点设在管路的最高处油气分离器上,采用自动排气阀,排气阀的排气口与一个油罐相连,气体再从油罐的排气口排出,确保导热油系统与大气隔绝,避免高温导热油氧化。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种太阳能导热油加热系统,包括囊式膨胀槽以及通过出油管和回油管连接的太阳能导热油加热器1和用热设备2,回油管上设置有循环泵11,太阳能导热油加热器1将管路内的导热油加热后通过循环泵送到用热设备2处。囊式膨胀槽包括密封的外囊体4,外囊体4内部设置有内囊体3,内囊体3下端与回油管连通,内囊体3上端设置有位于外囊体4外部的排气阀门6,外囊体4设置有充气阀门5。
循环泵11与用油设备之间的回油管上设置有油气分离器7,油气分离器7上设置有自动排气阀8,自动排气阀8连接有排气管,排气管末端延伸入储油罐9内的液位以下,所有气体通过该排气管排出。内囊体3下端与回油管之间连接有弯曲盘绕的散热管10。外囊体4顶部设置有压力表13。储油罐9上设置有液位计12。
内囊体3的容积变化随导热油热胀冷缩产生的体积变化而变化,在内囊体3和外囊体4之间充有氮气。在系统加油前,先通过充气阀门5加入一定压力的氮气,将内囊体3中的气体通过排气阀门6排出使之容积为“0”,然后关闭排气阀门6和充气阀门5。系统注油后应保持囊中有少量导热油,加热后导热油体积膨胀,多余的导热油进入到内囊体3中,使内囊体3的容积增加,而内囊体3外的压力增高。当导热油温度降低时,体积减小,在内囊体3外氮气的压力下将内囊体3中的导热油压入系统中,确保系统充满导热油。
因散热管10细长并弯曲盘绕,外表面积大,散热效果好,进入到内囊体3中的导热油温度低于70℃,确保囊式膨胀槽的长期使用。在系统的最高点油气分离器7将导热油中产生的水蒸气及分解产生的少量气体在此分离,通过自动排气阀8排出,为避免高温气体与空气接触,通过排气管将其导入到盛有部分低温导热油的油罐中,再通过油罐上的排气口排放到大气中。这样整个导热油系统是密闭并且完全与大气隔离的,避免了高温导热油的氧化分解,有效的提高导热油的使用寿命,确保系统长期安全地运行。

1.一种太阳能导热油加热系统,包括通过出油管和回油管连接的太阳能导热油加热器和用热设备,所述回油管上设置有循环泵,其特征在于:还包括囊式膨胀槽,所述囊式膨胀槽包括密封的外囊体,所述外囊体内部设置有内囊体,所述内囊体下端与回油管连通,内囊体上端设置有位于外囊体外部的排气阀门,所述外囊体设置有充气阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述太阳能导热油加热系统,其特征在于:所述循环泵与用油设备之间的回油管上设置有油气分离器,所述油气分离器上设置有自动排气阀,所述自动排气阀连接有排气管,所述排气管末端延伸入储油罐内的液位以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述太阳能导热油加热系统,其特征在于:所述内囊体下端与回油管之间连接有弯曲盘绕的散热管。
4.根据权利要求1所述太阳能导热油加热系统,其特征在于:所述外囊体顶部设置有压力表。
5.根据权利要求2所述太阳能导热油加热系统,其特征在于:所述储油罐上设置有液位计。
