Abstract

 ライン抵抗の少ない受光面側電極を備えた変換効率の高い太陽電池セルを得ることが可能な、受光面側電極形成用のAg電極ペースト、それを用いて製造される特性の良好な太陽電池セル、およびその製造方法を提供する。  受光面側電極10の形成に用いられるAg電極ペーストとして、(a)Ag粒子と、(b)有機ビヒクルと、(c)SiO2、B2O3、Bi2O3、Al2O3、TiO2、およびCuOを、SiO2:13~17重量%、B2O3:0~6重量%、Bi2O3:65~75重量%、Al2O3:5重量%、TiO2:1~3重量%、CuO:0.5~2重量%の範囲で含む無鉛ガラスフリットとを含有するAg電極ペーストを用いる。  上記Ag電極ペーストを、第1電極11と、第1電極上に形成される第2電極12とを備えた受光面側電極10の、第2電極の形成に用いる。
