Abstract

Pasta de electrodo de Ag usada para formar un electrodo lateral con superficie de recepción de luz de una celda de batería solar, con la celda de batería solar incluyendo un sustrato semiconductor, el electrodo lateral con superficie de recepción de luz colocado en una superficie principal que funciona como una superficie receptora de luz con respecto a un par de superficies principales de dicho sustrato semiconductor enfrentadas entre sí, y un electrodo de soporte colocado sobre la otra superficie principal, que comprende: (a) partículas de Ag; (b) un vehículo orgánico; y (c) fritas de vidrio sin plomo que contienen de un 13 a un 17 % en peso de SiO2, de un 0 a un 6 % en peso de B2O3, de un 65 a un 75 % en peso de Bi2O3, de un 1 a un 5 % en peso de Al2O3, de un 1 a un 3 % en peso de TiO2, y de un 0,5 a un 2 % en peso de CuO, en la que cuando dicho electrodo lateral con superficie de recepción de luz incluye un primer electrodo obtenido por cocción de la primera pasta de electrodo de Ag y un segundo electrodo obtenido por cocción de la segunda pasta de electrodo de Ag formada sobre el primer electrodo, dicha pasta de electrodo de Ag se usa como dicha segunda pasta de electrodo de Ag.
