Abstract
Um weder eine Munitionszuführung aus einem Turm (1) oder einem Munitionsmagazin zu schaffen wird vorgeschlagen, eine Art Munitionsbevorratung (6) voll- oder teilumfänglich um den Turm (1) zu lagern. Die Munitionsbevorratung (6) besitzt wenigstens einen mit Munition (5) befüllten Munitionskanal (10, 11), wobei ein Antrieb (13) zum Transport der Munition (5) eingebunden ist, wenn die Waffe (3) nicht dazu ausgelegt ist, die Munition (5) selber zu ziehen. In diesem Fall wirkt mit dem Antrieb (13) eine Endloskette (12) zusammen, welche in zwei Achsen beweglich ist. Das ermöglicht den Transport der Munition (5) um die Radien (R) des Turmes (1).

B E S C H R E I B U N G
Munitionsbevorratung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Art der Munitionsbevorratung, die als umlaufende Munitionszuführung um den Turm, ein herkömmliches Munitionsmagazin ersetzt.
Bekannt sind Munitionsmagazine oder dergleichen zur Aufnahme von Munition, die in Turmnähe oder im Turm selbst untergebracht sind.
So beschäftigt sich die DE 195 26 664 A1 mit einem Turm für ein Rad- und Kettenfahrzeug, welcher mit einer Waffe und einem Magazin versehen ist.
Die Befestigung der Munitionsmagazine seitlich an einer Lafette ist in der DE 101 60 216 C1 dargestellt.
Ein Munitionsmagazin, welches in der Praxis vorzugsweise hinter dem Turm angeordnet ist, wird in der DE 10 2004 031 773 B3 näher beschrieben.
Die DE 697 28 353 T2 (EP 0 840 085 B1) beschreibt eine Munitionszuführung aus dem Turm heraus. Insbesondere die Lagerung der Munition im Turm bewirkt, dass dieser groß genug sein muss für die Lagerung und Zuführung der Munition sowie für eine Besatzung. Große Türme haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie selber schwer sind und für den Eigenschutz der Besatzung gepanzert werden müssen, was das Turmgewicht zusätzlich erhöht.
Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, eine Munitionsbevorratung aufzuzeigen, die weder im Turm noch in einem Munitionsmagazin gelagert ist. Damit verbunden wird angestrebt, den Turm baulich kleiner gestallten zu können.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgezeigt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, die Munitionsbevorratung um den Turm zu integrieren, d. h., die Munition wird nicht als Magazin hinter oder neben dem Turm eingebunden, sondern umlaufend / umfänglich um den Turm gelegt bzw. geführt. Die Bevorratung kann um den gesamten Turm gelegt bzw. geführt werden, d.h. vollumfänglich, oder aber nur teilumfänglich.
Dies ermöglicht in Weiterführung der Erfindung eine kleinere Schutzzelle einzubinden, da die Munition nicht im Turm gelagert werden muss. Die Schutzzelle kann für sich eine Schutzhülle, je nach Schutzanforderung, aufweisen. Durch eine zusätzliche Schutzhülle um die außerhalb des Turmes angebrachte Munitionsbevorratung ist auch ein Schutz der Munition gewährleistet.
In Weiterführung der Idee werden die sonst im Turm gelagerten Baugruppen, welche aber nicht im direkten Eingriff durch den Bediener stehen müssen, gleichfalls nach außen zwischen die Schutzzelle und wenn vorhanden, die Schutzhülle gelegt. Ein Schutz dieser Baugruppen wird durch die Schutzhülle um die Munition gewährleistet.
Die Aufteilung des Schutzes hat des Weiteren den Vorteil, dass unterschiedliche Schutzkombinationen möglich sind. Je nach Schutzgrad wird mit einem verbesserten Schutz der Schutzzelle und einem einfachen Schutz der Munition für die Mannschaft ein voller Schutz, für die Munition ein minimal benötigter Schutz geschaffen. Der Mannschaftsschutz wird eingehalten, das Gewicht des Turmes in Summe verringert. Die Schutzstufen innen und außen sind somit variabel aber aufeinander abgestimmt einstellbar.
Die umlaufende Munitionszuführung erfolgt in einer einfachsten Form durch eine einfache herkömmliche Munitionszuführung, wenn die Waffe selbst stark genug ist, die Munition zu ziehen. In der bevorzugten Form ist jedoch vorgesehen, einen Antrieb einzubinden, beispielsweise einen Motor, sowie eine flexible Führung, die für sich bekannt ist. Hier besteht die umlaufende Munitionszuführung aus einem Support, einem Verdrehapparat, einem damit verbundenen Krümmer sowie der Transportvorrichtung und dem vorzugsweise elektromotorischen Munitionsförderer.
Die Transportvorrichtung ist in Weiterführung der Erfindung eine umlaufende unendliche Kette, welche in zwei Richtungen beweglich ist (zwei Achsen).
Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden.

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Turm 1 mit einer Schutzzelle 2, einer Waffenanlage 3 sowie angedeuteten Bedienern 4. Seitlich werden der Waffe 3 zwei Munitionstypen 5, in der Regel handelt es sich hierbei um wenigstens zwei verschiedene Munitionsarten, zugeführt. Die Munition 5 wird der Waffe 3 aus einer den Turm 1 umlaufenden Munitionsbevorratung 6 zugeführt. Die Munitionszuführung zur Waffe erfolgt in der bevorzugten Ausführung durch einen Support 7, einem Verdrehapparat 8 sowie einem Krümmer 9, die mit der Munitionsbevorratung 6 funktional verbunden sind (Fig.2).
In Fig. 2 dargestellt ist der Turm 1 mit der umlaufenden Munitionsbevorratung 6, die näher erkennbar in den Fig. 3 und 4 aufgezeigt ist.
Die Munitionsbevorratung 6 weist zwei Munitionskanäle 10, 11 auf, in denen unterschiedliche Munitionsarten deponiert sind. Der Transport zum Krümmer 9 findet in der bevorzugten Ausführung mit Hilfe einer umlaufenden Kette 12 statt. Diese wird durch einen elektrischen Antrieb 13 bewegt (Fig. 5). Die Besonderheit dieser Kette ist, dass sie in zwei Achsen beweglich gehalten ist, so dass sie um den Turm 1 gelegt werden kann. Das ermöglicht den Transport der Munition 5 um die Radien R des Turmes 1.
Insbesondere bei einer teilumfänglichen Munitionsbevorratung 6 ist die Verwendung einer derartigen Kette 12 von Vorteil, da mit dieser eine Endloskette geschaffen werden kann. Eine entsprechende Führung der Kette 11 ist der Fig. 5a entnehmbar. Die Kette 12 wird um entsprechende Umlenkungen 14 als Unendlichkette geführt, wobei der Abschnitt 12.1 räumlich gesehen oberhalb des unten zurückgeführten Kettenabschnittes 12.2 läuft.
Fig. 6 zeigt den Turm mit einem äußeren und einem inneren Schutz 20, 22, welcher anhand Fig. 6a näher erläutert wird. Eine Bedrohung 21 trifft zuerst auf den äußeren Schutzmantel 20, dann auf die Munition 5 und dann erst auf den inneren Schutzmantel 22 und damit auf die Schutzzelle 2 selbst. Bei der Auslegung der Schutzelemente 22 der Schutzzelle 2 werden die vorgelagerten Schutzelemente des äußeren Schutzmantels 20 berücksichtigt. Dadurch können in Abstimmung beider Schutzmäntel 20, 22 verschiedene Schutzklassen individuell angepasst, die geforderte Schutzbedürfnisse berücksichtigt werden.
Claims
1. Munitionsbevorratung (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie voll- oder teilumfänglich um einen Turm (1) oder dergleichen angebracht ist.
2. Munitionsbevorratung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufende Munitionsbevorratung (6) aus wenigstens einem Munitionskanal (10, 11) besteht, wobei die Munition (5) durch die Waffe (3) selbst aus dem wenigsten einen Munitionskanal (10, 11) gezogen wird.
3. Munitionsbevorratung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufende Munitionsbevorratung (6) aus wenigstens einem Munitionskanal (10, 11), einer Transportvorrichtung (12) und einem elektrischen Antrieb (13) besteht.
4. Munitionsbevorratung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Krümmer (9), ein Verdrehapparat (8) sowie ein Support (7) zwischen Waffe (3) und Munitionsbevorratung (6) eingebunden sind.
5. Munitionsbevorratung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (12) eine umlaufende Endloskette ist, die in vorzugsweise zwei Achsen beweglich gehalten ist.
6. Munitionsbevorratung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Kettengliedern nach unten ragende Haken angebracht sind.
7. Turm mit einer Munitionsbevorratung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, aufweisend eine Schutzzelle (2) zur Aufnahme einer Besatzung (4), wobei ein Schutz (22) um die Schutzzelle (2) und ein weiterer Schutz mittels Schutzhülle (20) um die Munitionsbevorratung (6) vorgesehen ist. Turm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Schutz (22) der Schutzzelle (2) ein anderes variables Schutzlevel als die äußere Schützhülle (20) aufweisen kann, wobei sich der Schutzgrad für die Besatzung (4) aus dem Schutzlevel des inneren Schutzes (22) und dem Schutzlevel der äußeren Schutzhülle (20) bildet.
