加固型边坡绿化结构 技术领域 本实用新型涉及一边坡绿化领域技术,尤其是指一种可提升整个 绿化边坡稳、固性的加固型边坡绿化结构。 背景技术 目前, 习知的边坡有水泥灌注而成, 也有石头自然形成(如石头 山等), 如此习知的边坡往往会造成生态失衡, 使周围气温升高及噪 音升高。
随着绿化环境工程不断地提倡,已渐渐地演变成整个国际间共同 的责任; 而对于上述水泥灌注、石头等形成的边坡而言, 常常是利用 挂网喷洒营养土壤和草种之方式进行绿化,其在短时间内绿化效果不 错, 能很好的应付竣工验收和上级的检查, 但随着时间推移, 营养土 壤的风化和肥性失效, 以及因雨水的冲刷使营养土壤脱落, 进而绿化 逐渐凋零, 原来的光面边坡也随之暴露出来, 使绿化无济于事, 失去 植被的效果。
本申请人本于多年来从事绿化工程设计及施工之经验,也在 2005 年 ~ 2006 年期间于中国先后提出过一系列有关绿色边坡结构专利, 相关专利号可参阅 ZL 200520103935. 9 、 ZL200520145284. X 及 ZL200620001854. 2 等, 在此不——列举; 然而, 随着施工的进展过 程中 ,本申请人发现在整个边坡植被后稳固性方面还存在一些不理想 状态, 因此, 为完善习知边坡绿化技术, 特提出本专利申请。 实用新型内容 本实用新型针对上述习知技术所存在之缺失,主要目的在于提供 一种加固型边坡绿化结构,其不仅起到绿化生态、美观、环保的作用, 而且可以改善空气指数, 可吸收热量及噪音, 尤其是使边坡绿化达到 更加稳固的效果。
为实现上述之目的, 本实用新型采取如下技术方案:
一种加固型边坡绿化结构, 包括多个填充有填料且可透气、透水 的植生袋和多个牵引钉, 上述植生袋附有植物种子, 且铺设于所需绿 化的边坡上, 上述牵引钉刺穿上述植生袋与边坡固接, 使植生袋与边 坡之间成为一个整体,位于植生袋与边坡之间具有一起固接作用的加 固层。
上述加固层为水泥或粘着剂。
上述相邻两植生袋的上表面之间或者相邻两植生袋底部与加固 层之间具有一联销构件扣接, 该联锁构件包括一基板, 在基板的一表 面设置有多个用于扣接两相邻植生袋的突出物。 进一步, 该基板上至 少开设有一供牵引钉穿过的孔洞。
上述植物种子喷洒于植生袋表面或者掺混于填料中装于植生袋 内或者铺设于植生袋之袋布多层结构间的夹层内。
上述植生袋为块状单元体或长条状单元体结构。
本实用新型一种加固型边坡绿化结构,还可以是包括多个填充有 填料且可透气、透水的植生袋和多个牵引钉, 上述植生袋的上表面铺 设有草皮或栽有植物秧苗,底部则铺设于所需绿化的边坡上, 上述牵 ? ]钉刺穿上述植生袋与边坡固接, 使植生袋与边坡之间成为一个整 体, 位于植生袋与边坡之间具有一起固接作用的加固层。
上述加固层为水泥或粘着剂。
上述相邻两植生袋的上表面之间或者相邻两植生袋底部与加固 层之间具有一联锁构件扣接, ¾联锁构件包括一基板, 在基板的一表 面设置有多个用于扣接两相邻植生袋的突出物。 进一步, 该基板上至 少开设有一供牵引钉穿过的孔洞。
上述植生袋为块状单元体或长条状单元体结构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其优点在于由填充填料和附于植物 种子或铺设草皮的植生袋与边坡之间所增设的加固层,不仅使原有的 边坡绿化所起到绿化生态、 美观、 环保的作用, 而且可以改善空气指 数, 可吸收热量及噪音, 尤其是使边坡绿化达到更加稳固的效果。 附图说明 图 1是本实用新型实施例 (一);

请参阅图 1所示, 为本实用新型实施例(一); 其示出了块状单 元体的植生袋铺设结构示意图, 从图中可清楚看出, 一种加固型边坡 绿化结构, 包括复数个填充有填料 11且可透气、 透水的植生袋 1和 复数个牵引钉 2, 上述植生袋 1中还具有掺混于填料 11的植物种子 12, 当然该植物种子 12也可以是喷洒于植生袋表面或者且铺设于植 生袋之袋布多层结构间的夹层内, 在此不多加以赘述; 上述植生袋 1 平铺于所需绿化的边坡 3上, 上述每一个牵引钉 2对应一个植生袋 2 进行刺穿, 使植生袋 1与边坡 3固接,位于植生袋 1与边坡 3之间具 有一起固接作用的加固层 4, 使植生袋与边坡之间成为一个整体; 该 加固层 4可选用水泥或胶着剂(如胶水)。 而该加固层 4可以是先设 置在边坡 3上, 后由植生袋 1平铺于加固层 4, 再利用牽引钉 2刺穿 植生袋 1后干涉固定于边坡 3上,即完成铺设本实用新型边坡绿化结 构。
而上述实施例中, 为使整个边坡绿化结构更进一步稳固, 可在相 邻两植生袋 1上表面之间至少具有一联锁构件 5扣接, 该联锁构件 5 包括一基板 51 , 该基板 51的一表面设置有用于扣接植生袋的突出物 52, 由该突出物 52扣于相邻的植生袋 1表面, 其中基板 51中间位置 处也可以开设有孔洞(图中未示出), 以供牵引钉 2进一步穿过该孔 洞后与边坡 1固接。
再看图 2所示, 为本实用新型实施例(二); 本实施例与实施例 (一)不同之处在于上述联锁构件 5可设于两相邻植生袋 1底部与加 固层 4之间, 利用联锁构件 5的基板 51的一表面上所设之突出物 52 扣于两相邻植生袋 1的底部, 而基板 51另一表面则紧贴于加固层 4 上, 其中该基板 51由加固层 4干涉稳固。 然而, 根据边坡的不同构 造而言, 亦可以在基板上进一步开设有孔洞(图中未示出), 由牵引 钉 2沿该孔洞穿入加固层 4至边坡 3上固定,因此可行之有效地通过 联锁构件 5将植生袋 1稳固于边坡 3上;本实施例仅是联锁构件 5安 装位置由实施例(一)之植生袋 1的上表面替换为植生袋 1底部, 其 余结构与实施例 (一)相同, 在此不加以重复阐述。
再请参阅图 3所示, 为本实用新型实施例(三); 其长条状单元 体的植生袋铺设结构示意图; 然而, 本实施例与第一实施例相比, 唯 不同之处在于利用长条状单元体的植生袋取代于块状单元体的植生 袋, 其适用于边坡的侧部面上进行绿化; 故, 可先在边坡 3上设置有 相关的加固层(水混或粘着剂) , 然后将长条状单元体的植生袋 1, 沿边坡 3的上方纵向拉到边坡 3的底部, 且植生袋 1, 底部可深埋于 土里为最佳实施(亦可不埋于土里), 然后依边坡 3的倾斜度以决定 使用牵引钉 2的数量, 以利长条形植生袋 1, 可稳固地结合于边坡的 侧部面,进而在植生袋 1,与边坡 3之间形成一起固接作用的加固层。 当然, 其他诸如联锁构件 5的使用亦同第一实施例, 在此即不重复描 述。
再看图 4所示, 为本实用新型实施例 (四) , 其与实施例 (三) 大致相同, 其两者间差异在于, 唯所述条状单元体的植生袋 1, 从边 坡 3的斜坡面横向拉到其侧部, 其余诸如牵引釘 2、 加固层 4以及联 锁构件 5等结构施工相同, 在此亦不详述。
再看图 5 , 为本实用新型实施例 (五); 从图中可以看出本实施 例为块状单元体的植生袋铺设另一实施之示意图; 其中, 本实施例与 实施例 (一)唯不同之处在于藉由在植生袋 1上直接铺设草皮 13的 方式替代在植生袋 1内附有植物种子 12的方式, 其可更快、 更直接 达到绿化效用 ,其中,先在边坡 3上设置加固层(水泥或粘着剂)后, 再将植生袋 1平铺于该加固层 4上, 然后利用牵引釘 2刺穿植生袋 1 后干涉固定于边坡 3上,最后再将草皮 13铺设于植生袋 1的上表面, 而其余诸如联锁构件 5等结构施工相同, 在此不再赞述; 当然, 本实 施例除铺设草皮外还可是是在植生袋上种植树苗、花草等, 该种铺草 皮和种植物秧苗的方式也可取代于实施例(二) 、 (三) 、 (四) 中 的植物种子, 并且实施例(二)中所示出的联锁构件 5所设置的位置 也同样可适用于实施例(三) 、 (四) 、 (五) 中, 在此即不——列 举说明。
综上各实施例而言,本实用新型设计重点在于由填充填料和附于 植物种子或铺设草皮的植生袋与边坡之间所增设的加固层 ,不仅使原 有的边坡绿化所起到绿化生态、 美观、 环保的作用, 而且可以改善空 气指数,可吸收热量及噪音,尤其是使边坡绿化达到更加稳固的效果。
以上所述, 仅是本实用新型一种加固型边坡绿化结构较佳实施例 而已, 并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制, 故凡是依据本实用 新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、 等同变化与修 饰, 均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。

1、 一种加固型边坡绿化结构, 包括多个填充有填料且可透气、 透水的植生袋和多个牵引钉, 上述植生袋附有植物种子, 且铺设于所 需绿化的边坡上,上述牵引钉刺穿上述植生袋与边坡固接,使植生袋 与边坡之间成为一个整体,其特征在于: 位于植生袋与边坡之间具有 一起固接作用的加固层。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的加固型边坡綠化结构, 其特征在于: 上述加固层为水泥或粘着剂。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 上述相邻两植生袋的上表面之间或者相邻两植生袋底部与加固层之 间具有一联锁构件扣接,该联锁构件包括一基板,在基板的一表面设 置有多个用于扣接两相邻植生袋的突出物。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 该基板上至少开设有一供牵 ]钉穿过的孔洞。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 上述植物种子喷洒于植生袋表面或者掺混于填料中装于植生袋内或 者铺设于植生袋之袋布多层结构间的夹层内。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5中任何一项所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 上述植生袋为块状单元体或长条状单元体结构。
7、 一种加固型边坡绿化结构, 包括多个填充有填料且可透气、 透水的植生袋和多个牵引钉,上述植生袋的上表面铺设有草皮或栽有 植物秧苗,底部则铺设于所需绿化的边坡上, 上述牵引钉刺穿上述植 生袋与边坡固接, 使植生袋与边坡之间成为一个整体, 其特征在于: 位于植生袋与边坡之间具有一起固接作用的加固层。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 上述加固层为水泥或粘着剂。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的加固型边坡绿化结构, 其特征在于: 上述相邻两植生袋的上表面之间或者相邻两植生袋底部与加固层之 间具有一联锁构件扣接,该联锁构件包括一基板,在基板的一表面设 置有多个用于扣接两相邻植生袋的突出物;在该基板上至少开设有一 供牵引钉穿过的孔洞。
