- closure elements, spouts, fasteners and the like can be covered.
- a step on a sealing channel or a surface facing a ceiling surface can be virtually eliminated as the outer surface of the moisture lamp, so that attachment surfaces for dirt and water are reduced.

For attachment to the ceiling, the moisture-proof luminaire 1 has at least one fastening element 26.

- the outer layer 5 and the inner layer 4 consist of one component, for example, the outer layer 5 may be formed by foaming the inner layer or the outer layer 5 and the inner layer may by a multi-component injection molding, for example a two-component injection molding process may be formed.
- the moisture-proof light 1 ' can be arranged or mounted on a carrier system.
- a carrier system may, for example, have a carrier tube 30.
- the outer layer 5 'in the second exemplary embodiment designed such that a continuous as possible transition to the support tube 30 and to the carrier system can be obtained.
- the outer layer 5 has a contact surface for abutment with the carrier system part, for example the carrier tube 30. Due to the elastic property of the outer layer 5 can be designed a particularly well-fitting contact surface; As a result, the susceptibility to dirt can be further reduced.
- the wet room lamp 1 'according to the second embodiment is formed analogously to the first embodiment.
- the operating temperature prevailing in the base trough during operation is higher than in the case of a single-layer base trough. This may be disadvantageous in individual cases. However, this may also be advantageous, namely when the moisture-proof light is used in a comparatively cool environment, for example in a cold room or the like. Due to the low ambient temperatures with regard to the effectiveness of the moisture-proof luminaire, it makes sense to use high temperatures inside the luminaire.
