Abstract

　一層以上のトレッドゴム７を含むトレッド部１と、このそれぞれの側部に連続して半径方向内方に延びる一対のサイドウォール部２と、これらの内周側に連続するビード部３とを具えるものであって、トレッド部１の接地域を、タイヤ赤道面Ｅを含む中央領域８と、トレッド接地端を含む一対のショルダ域９と、中央領域８とショルダ領域９との間に位置する一対の中間領域１０との五つの領域で形成して、中間領域１０の全体に配設した中間トレッドゴム９ａの、常温(25℃)下での100%モジュラスを、中央領域８の全体に配設した中央トレッドゴム７ｂの100%モジュラスおよび、ショルダ領域９の全体に配設したショルダトレッドゴムの100%モジュラスのいずれよりも大きくし、トレッド接地域のネガティブ率を、ショルダ領域９から中央領域８に向けて大きくした自動二輪車用空気入りタイヤであり、タイヤのドライ性能を損ねることなく、すぐれたウエット性能を発揮でき、常に安定した走行を可能とする。
