Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de compositions de résine thermoplastique suivant lequel une composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant une résine thermoplastique et des nanofibres de cellulose peut être obtenue; et sur un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées à l'aide de la composition. La composition de résine thermoplastique peut être obtenue par mélange d'une dispersion aqueuse de nanofibres de cellulose avec une résine thermoplastique (telle qu'une résine d'acide polylactique) dans un dispositif d'agitation. On préfère que le dispositif d'agitation soit doté d'une chambre de mélange et que l'eau contenue dans la dispersion aqueuse soit vaporisée par mélange pour mettre sous pression l'intérieur de la chambre de mélange. De plus, des pièces moulées peuvent être obtenues par moulage par extrusion ou par injection de la composition de résine thermoplastique.
