Abstract

 4-クロロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オンを出発物質とし、これをフッ素化剤でフッ素化する製造方法において、高収率を維持しながら短時間で高純度の4-フルオロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オンを製造できる製造方法を提供する。有機溶媒中にて、4-クロロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オン1モルに対して、1.4モル以上のフッ素化剤を添加して反応させて塩素根を含む4-フルオロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オンを得た後、必要に応じて中間処理工程を施し、さらに、得られた塩素根を含む4-フルオロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オンを蒸留により精製することで、塩素根含有量が低減化された4-フルオロ-1,3-ジオキソラン-2-オンを製造する。
