Abstract
本発明のハイブリッド型熱処理機はワークピース(W)の焼戻し処理に使用され、炉(2)内を通過して延び、ワークピース(W)を搬送するための水平なコンベア(20)と、炉(2)内に配置され、ワークピース(W)をその焼戻し温度まで急速に昇温させる複数の遠赤外線ヒータ(46)を有する昇温ゾーン(40)と、この昇温ゾーン(40)の下流側に隣接して配置され、ワークピース(W)を焼戻し温度に維持する保温ゾーン(42)とを含み、この保温ゾーン(42)は、コンベア(20)の下方に配置され、ワークピース(W)に温風を吹付ける温風吹出しダクト(62)と、コンベア(20)の上方に配置され、保温ゾーン(42)内の温風を吸い込む温風吸込みダクト(66)とを有する。
