Abstract

 熱処理装置は、第1加熱室と、第2加熱室と、を備える。第1加熱室は、高周波誘導加熱装置にてワークを加熱する。第2加熱室には、第1加熱室にて加熱されたワークが搬入される。第2加熱室は、ヒータにて加熱された雰囲気を介して上記ワークを加熱する。
