Abstract

　積層セラミックコンデンサに用いられる誘電体セラミック材料であって、１３００°C以下の温度にて主成分がＮｉである内部電極と共焼成可能であり、かつ、高い誘電率を保ちつつ、－５５～１７５°Cの範囲における静電容量温度特性が良好であり、１７５°Cにおける抵抗率ρが高い誘電体セラミック組成物を提供する。誘電体セラミック組成物は、組成式（１－ａ）（Ｋ1-xＮａx）（Ｓｒ1-y-zＢａyＣａz）2Ｎｂ5Ｏ15－ａ（Ｂａ1-bＣａb）ＴｉＯ3（ただし、ａ、ｂ、ｘ、ｙ、ｚはすべてモル比を示し、０.３≦ａ≦０.８、０≦ｂ≦０.２、０≦ｘ＜０.２、０.１≦ｙ≦０.５、０.１≦ｚ≦０.５、０.２≦ｙ＋ｚ≦０.７を満足する）で表される誘電体セラミック組成物を主成分とし、上記の主成分１００モル部に対して０.１～４０モル部のＭ（ただし、Ｍは、Ｖ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｒ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｇ、Ｓｉからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも１種である）を副成分として含む。
