Abstract

 積層セラミックコンデンサに用いられる誘電体セラミック材料であって、1300°C以下の温度にて主成分がNiである内部電極と共焼成可能であり、かつ、高い誘電率を保ちつつ、-55~175°Cの範囲における静電容量温度特性が良好であり、175°Cにおける抵抗率ρが高い誘電体セラミック組成物を提供する。誘電体セラミック組成物は、組成式(1-a)(K1-xNax)(Sr1-y-zBayCaz)2Nb5O15-a(Ba1-bCab)TiO3(ただし、a、b、x、y、zはすべてモル比を示し、0.3≦a≦0.8、0≦b≦0.2、0≦x<0.2、0.1≦y≦0.5、0.1≦z≦0.5、0.2≦y+z≦0.7を満足する)で表される誘電体セラミック組成物を主成分とし、上記の主成分100モル部に対して0.1~40モル部のM(ただし、Mは、V、Mn、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Mg、Siからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)を副成分として含む。
