Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、主成分として含まれるチタン酸バリウム系粉末と、Naを含む第1副成分と、Baを含む第2副成分と、Siを含む第3副成分と、を含み、上記第1副成分の含量は、主成分100モル当たりNa元素のモル数を基準に0.3〜4.0モルの範囲であり、Ba/Siの比率が0.16〜1.44を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物に関する。

Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、主成分として含まれるチタン酸バリウム系粉末と、Naを含む第1副成分と、Baを含む第2副成分と、Siを含む第3副成分と、を含み、上記第1副成分の含量は、主成分100モルに対してNa元素のモル数を基準に0.3〜4.0モルであり、Ba/Siの比率が0.16〜1.44を満たす。
チタン酸バリウム系粉末は、BaTiO3、(Ba1−xCax)(Ti1−yCay)O3(ここで、xは0≦x≦0.3、yは0≦y≦0.1)、(Ba1−xCax)(Ti1−yZry)O3(ここで、xは0≦x≦0.3、yは0≦y≦0.5)、及びBa(Ti1−yZry)O3(ここで、0<y≦0.5)からなる群から選択される1種以上であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、Naを含む第1副成分を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Baの酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む第2副成分を含むことができる。例えば、第2副成分は、BaOまたはBaCO3であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、誘電体磁器組成物は、Siの酸化物、Siの炭酸塩、及びSiを含むガラスからなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む第3副成分を含むことができる。例えば、第3副成分はSiO2であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、及びErの少なくとも1つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩を第4副成分としてさらに含むことができる。例えば、第4副成分はDy2O3であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、第5副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの少なくとも1つ以上を含む酸化物あるいは炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。例えば、第5副成分は、MnO2またはV2O5であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、第6副成分として、CaまたはZrの酸化物または炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。例えば、第6副成分は、CaO、ZrO2、CaCO3、またはZr(CO3)2であることができる。
図1は本発明の他の実施形態による積層セラミックキャパシターを概略的に示した斜視図であり、図2は図1のI−I'に沿って概略的に示した断面図である。
本発明のさらに他の実施形態による積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法は、誘電体磁器組成物を用いてセラミックグリーンシートを製造する段階と、上記セラミックグリーンシートに第1及び第2内部電極を印刷する段階と、上記第1及び第2内部電極が印刷された上記セラミックグリーンシートを積層・圧着・切断することで本体を製造する段階と、上記本体を焼結する段階と、を含む。

Claims (17)
- 主成分として含まれるチタン酸バリウム系粉末と、
Naを含む第1副成分と、
Baを含む第2副成分と、
Siを含む第3副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分の含量は、主成分100モル当たりNa元素のモル数を基準に0.3〜4.0モルの範囲であり、
Ba/Siの比率が0.16〜1.44を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記第1副成分は、Na2OまたはNa2CO3である、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記第2副成分は、Baの酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる群から選択される1つ以上であり、
前記第2副成分の含量は、前記主成分100モル当たり0.2〜1.80モルである、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記第3副成分は、Siの酸化物、Siの炭酸塩、及びSiを含むガラスからなる群から選択される1つ以上であり、
前記第3副成分の含量は、前記主成分100モル当たり0.5〜4.00モルである、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、またはErを含む希土類元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる群から選択される1つ以上の第4副成分をさらに含み、
前記第4副成分の含量は、前記主成分100モル当たり0.15〜1.50モルである、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、またはZnを含む原子価可変アクセプター元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる群から選択される1つ以上の第5副成分をさらに含み、
前記第5副成分は、前記第5副成分に含まれる原子価可変アクセプター元素の総和が、主成分100モル当たり原子価可変アクセプター元素を基準に0.1モル〜2.0モルとなるように含む、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - CaまたはZrを含む第6副成分をさらに含み、
前記第6副成分の含量は、前記主成分100モル当たり0超過、10モル以下である、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 誘電層が積層された本体と、
前記誘電層を挟んで交互に配置される第1及び第2内部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電層は、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層の微細構造において、
前記誘電層の結晶粒当たりのドメインウォールの数が平均5個以上である、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層の微細構造において、
前記誘電層の結晶粒当たりのドメインウォールの数が平均8個以上である、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層の微細構造において、
前記誘電層の結晶粒当たりのドメインウォールの数が平均11個以上である、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層の結晶粒サイズが250nm以下である、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。
- 誘電体磁器組成物を用いてセラミックグリーンシートを製造する段階と、
前記セラミックグリーンシートに第1及び第2内部電極をそれぞれ印刷する段階と、
前記第1及び第2内部電極が印刷された前記セラミックグリーンシートを積層・圧着・切断することで本体を製造する段階と、
前記本体を焼結する段階と、
前記本体に1000℃で再酸化熱処理を2時間以上行う段階と、を含む、積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。 - 前記再酸化熱処理を行う段階は、1000℃で2時間以上再酸化熱処理した後、徐冷または急冷するサイクルを3回繰り返す、請求項13に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。
- 加圧熱処理装置に前記本体を配置する段階と、
前記加圧熱処理装置において200℃以上で10MPa以上の圧力を30分以上維持する段階と、
前記本体を常温まで冷却する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。 - 前記本体を100〜200℃で1〜10MPaの圧力を加圧する段階と、
前記加圧した本体を常温まで冷却する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、主成分として含まれるチタン酸バリウム系粉末と、Naを含む第1副成分と、Baを含む第2副成分と、Siを含む第3副成分と、を含み、前記第1副成分の含量は、主成分100モル当たりNa元素のモル数を基準に0.3〜4.0モルの範囲であり、Ba/Siの比率が0.16〜1.44を満たす、請求項13に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。
