Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une feuille adhésive pour un film optique qui comprend une feuille anti-adhésive et une couche adhésive formée sur la feuille anti-adhésive, dans laquelle la rugosité (Ra) de la surface de la couche adhésive sur la feuille anti-adhésive est comprise entre 2 et 150 nm. La feuille adhésive peut être produite par un procédé de production comprenant les étapes consistant à : appliquer une solution de revêtement adhésif sur une feuille anti-adhésive ; soumettre la solution de revêtement adhésif à une première opération de séchage à une température comprise entre 30 et 80˚C et à un débit d'air compris entre 0,5 et 15 m/seconde puis à une seconde opération de séchage à une température comprise entre 90 et 160˚C et à un débit d'air compris entre 0,1 et 25 m/seconde pour former une couche adhésive sur la feuille anti-adhésive. Lorsque la feuille adhésive est appliquée sur un dispositif d'affichage d'images tel qu'un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides, la survenance d'un trouble de la visibilité attribué à la couche adhésive peut être réduite.
