Abstract

 透磁率が高く、渦電流損失の小さな高周波用磁性材料、特に1GHz以上の超高周波領域で機能する情報機器などにも好適に利用される高周波用磁性材料を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、希土類-鉄-窒素系磁性材料ならびに、表面にフェライト系磁性材料を被覆した希土類-鉄-窒素系磁性材料を含む高周波用複合磁性材料である。
