Abstract
核酸検出カセットにおいては、加熱処理チャンバと送液流路とが固定部材及び可撓性部材により構成されている核酸検出カセットにおいて、加熱処理チャンバの両側から凸状加熱部が挟み込むことにより、加熱処理チャンバと送液流路とを空間的に分離する。従って、対象サンプルの核酸増幅及びその他の必要な処理と標的核酸の検出までの一貫した処理を自動的に行うことが出来る。
