Abstract

 新規な形状を有し、摩擦材における優れた耐摩耗性や、樹脂組成物における優れた補強性能を有するチタン酸カリウム及びその製造方法並びにそれを用いた摩擦材及び樹脂組成物を得る。  K2TinO(2n+1)(n=4.0~11.0)で表わされるチタン酸カリウムであって、X線回折における最も強度の高いピーク(2θ)が11.0°~13.5°の範囲にあり、その半価幅が0.5°以上であることを特徴としている。
