Abstract

本発明は、10rpm以下の極低速回転軸受の異常を、音響信号を用いて精度が高く安価な診断方法および装置を提供するもので、10rpm以下の極低速回転機械のころがり軸受から発生する音響信号を10kHz以下の集音機能をもつ検出端を用いて検出して、周波数分析によってスペクトル分布を求め、処理して得られた周波数分析波形の軸受の固有振動数以上の周波数のスペクトル平均値または実効値を基準値と比較し、このスペクトル平均値または実効値が基準値を超えたとき軸受異常と判定する。
