 無段変速部(20)の出力と、エンジン駆動力とを合成する複合型の遊星伝動部(P)を備えてある。遊星伝動部(P)から出力回転体(90)への伝動系に、第1クラッチ機構(60)と第2クラッチ機構(70)と減速用遊星伝動機構(80)と連結クラッチ機構(110)と出力クラッチ機構(120)とを設けてある。減速用遊星伝動機構(80)のリングギヤ(83)にブレーキ機構(100)を備えてある。遊星伝動部(P)のサンギヤ(43)と、第1クラッチ機構(60)の入力側回転部材(62)と、第2クラッチ機構(70)の入力側回転部材(71)と、減速用遊星伝動機構(80)のサンギヤ(84)、出力クラッチ機構(120)の入力側回転部材(122)とは、同一の回転軸芯まわりに回転する。複合型遊星伝動部Pのキャリヤ(44)を出力回転体(90)に連動させる回転軸(97)が、複合型遊星伝動部(P)の遊星伝動機構(50)と、第1クラッチ機構(60)と、第2クラッチ機構(70)と、減速用遊星伝動機構(80)とを挿通している。
