Abstract

フロントカバーの保持力を向上させた電気コネクタを提供する。電気コネクタ１，１’は、コンタクト収容キャビティ１３を有するハウジング１０と、ハウジング１０の前側に装着され、コンタクト収容キャビティ１３に対向する位置に相手端子挿入口２４を形成したフロントカバー２０と、ハウジング１０の下側から装着され、コンタクト収容キャビティ１３に収容されるコンタクトを係止するリテーナ３０とを備えている。フロントカバー２０及びリテーナ３０には、フロントカバー２０をリテーナ３０に保持する保持手段２７，２８，３２，３３が設けられている。
