Abstract

 本発明は、(A)フッ化ビニリデン単位およびテトラフルオロエチレン単位を合計で95モル%以上含むフッ素樹脂を用いて形成される高誘電体フィルムに関するものであり、高誘電性、高耐電圧でかつ薄膜化が可能であるフィルムコンデンサ用フィルムを提供する。
