Abstract
Ag、Pt、Rh、Pd、Ru、Ir、Os、Au及びCuからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種である第一の金属からなる触媒金属担体上に、価数変動可能な第二の金属の酸化物からなる平均一次粒径が1~400nmの金属酸化物微粒子が配置されてなる酸化触媒を備えており、前記金属酸化物微粒子上で排ガス中の粒子状物質を酸化することを特徴とする排ガス浄化装置。
