Abstract

 発熱体と熱的に接続された放熱面(53a)と、対向配置された対向面(6a)との間に、冷媒空間(R)が形成され、放熱面(53a)から対向面(6a)に向けて放熱フィン(56)が立設され、放熱フィン(56)の隣接間に冷媒が通流するフィン間通路(Rp)が形成された発熱体冷却構造又はこれを備えた駆動装置で、フィン間通路(56)の並設方向に延在して設けられ、フィン間通路(56)の一端側に連通する流入側冷媒溜(Ri)を備え、フィン間通路(Rp)と流入側冷媒溜(Ri)とが、少なくともフィン間通路(Rp)の並設領域に亘って延在する絞り部(Rs)により連通連結され且つ絞り部(Rs)が、流入側冷媒溜(Ri)よりも大きな流通抵抗を有する。
