Abstract

Chaque pince de cuisson est constituée de deux éléments pince reliés de manière rabattable dans une charnière de pince. Dans chaque élément pince, une plaque de cuisson (1) est vissée de manière réglable à une griffe de pince (2) côté charnière et à une griffe de pince (5) côté fermeture. Les deux griffes (2, 5) sont reliées par au moins un segment de liaison (7) de manière résistante à la flexion. La plaque de cuisson (1) est reliée à la griffe (2) côté charnière et à la griffe (5) coté fermeture par des broches filetées (10) réglables en longueur. .
