 無線タグとの相対位置関係によらず高感度の通信を実現する無線タグ通信装置を提供する。  所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子18から成り、送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御し得るアンテナ54と、そのアンテナ54から送信される送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御する送信ウェイト制御部36とを、有することから、通信対象である無線タグ14がどのような相対位置に配置された場合であっても、その無線タグ14に対して送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を合わせることができる。すなわち、無線タグ14との相対位置関係によらず高感度の通信を実現する無線タグ通信装置12を提供することができる。

[0001] 本発明は、無線にて情報の書き込みや読み出しができる無線タグとの間で通信を 行う無線タグ通信装置の改良に関する。
背景技術
[0002] 所定の情報が記憶された小型の無線タグ (応答器)から所定の無線タグ通信装置( 質問器)により非接触にて情報の読み出しを行う RFID (Radio Frequency Identificati on)システムが知られている。この RFIDシステムは、無線タグが汚れている場合や見 えない位置に配置されている場合であっても無線タグ通信装置との通信によりその 無線タグに記憶された情報を読み出すことが可能であることから、商品管理や検査 工程等の様々な分野にぉ 、て実用が期待されて 、る。
[0003] ところで、通常、前記無線タグ通信装置は、前記無線タグに向けて所定の送信信号
(搬送波)を送信アンテナにより送信すると共に、その送信信号を受信した無線タグ から返信される返信信号 (反射波)を受信アンテナ (送信アンテナと共通の態様もある )により受信することでその無線タグとの間で情報の通信を行うが、その無線タグとの 相対位置関係によっては通信感度が著しく低下するという不具合があった。すなわち 、前記無線タグ通信装置に備えられた受信アンテナの偏波面 (電界成分の振動する 面)が前記無線タグからの反射波の偏波面に対して垂直を成す場合には、その反射 波をほとんど受信することができな力 た。この不具合に関して、例えば、特許文献 1 に記載されたアレイアンテナ装置が提案されている。この技術によれば、複数の垂直 偏波及び水平偏波アンテナにより受信された受信信号をディジタル信号に変換し、 ウェイト設定値を乗算して位相を調整し且つ乗算値を加算して複数の偏波ビームを 形成することで、受信時に同時に複数の偏波を形成できることから、通信対象のアン テナの偏波への整合が可能とされ、その偏波面の相対角度に関係なく高感度の通 信が実現できるとされて 、る。

発明が解決しょうとする課題

[0007] 斯かる目的を達成するために、本発明の要旨とするところは、所定の無線タグに向 けて送信信号を送信すると共に、その送信信号に応じてその無線タグから返信され る返信信号を受信してその無線タグとの間で情報の通信を行う無線タグ通信装置で あって、所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子から成り、前記送 信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御し得る送信アンテナと、その送信アンテナ力ゝら送 信される前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御する送信制御部とを、有すること を特徴とするものである。
発明の効果
[0008] このようにすれば、所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子から 成り、前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御し得る送信アンテナと、その送信ァ ンテナから送信される前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御する送信制御部と を、有することから、通信対象である無線タグがどのような相対位置に配置された場 合であっても、その無線タグに対して前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を合わせる ことができる。すなわち、無線タグとの相対位置関係によらず高感度の通信を実現す る無線タグ通信装置を提供することができる。 [0009] ここで、好適には、所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子から 成り、前記無線タグからの返信信号に適するように偏波面及び指向性を制御して受 信し得る受信アンテナと、その受信アンテナの偏波面及び指向性をァダプティブァレ ィ処理により制御する受信制御部とを、有するものである。このようにすれば、通信対 象である無線タグの返信信号に最適な偏波面及び指向性で受信できる。

実施例 1
[0026] 図 1は、本発明の一実施例である無線タグ通信装置 12を用いた通信システム 10を 説明する図である。この通信システム 10は、本実施例の無線タグ通信装置 12と、そ の無線タグ通信装置 12の通信対象である単数乃至は複数(図 1では単数)の無線タ グ 14とから構成される所謂 RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification)システムであり、 上記無線タグ通信装置 12はその RFIDシステムの質問器として、上記無線タグ 14は 応答器としてそれぞれ機能する。すなわち、上記無線タグ通信装置 12から質問波 F (送信信号)が上記無線タグ 14に向けて送信されると、その質問波 Fを受信した上記 無線タグ 14において所定の情報信号 (データ)によりその質問波 Fが変調され、応 答波 F (返信信号)として上記無線タグ通信装置 12に向けて返信されることで、その 無線タグ通信装置 12と無線タグ 14との間で情報の通信が行われる。

上記 DSP16は、 CPU, ROM,及び RAM等から成り、 RAMの一時記憶機能を利 用しつつ ROMに予め記憶されたプログラムに従って信号処理を行う所謂マイクロコ ンピュータシステムであり、前記無線タグ 14への送信信号に対応するコマンドビット 列を生成する送信ビット列生成部 28と、その送信ビット列生成部 28から出力された ディジタル信号を FSK方式で符号化する FSK符号化部 30と、その FSK符号化部 3 0により符号ィ匕された信号を AM方式で変調して上記第 1メモリ部 24に供給する AM 変調部 32と、その第 1メモリ部 24から読み出される信号に所定の送信ウェイトを掛算 して上記複数の高周波送受信部 20に供給する送信ウェイト掛算部 34と、その送信ゥ エイト掛算部 34において掛算される送信ウェイトを制御する送信ウェイト制御部 36と、 上記メモリ部 26から読み出される受信信号それぞれに所定の受信ウェイトを掛算す る受信ウェイト掛算部 38と、その受信ウェイト掛算部 38において掛算される受信ゥ イトを制御すると共に必要に応じて上記送信ウェイト制御部 36に収束した受信ウェイ トを供給する受信ウェイトァダプティブ制御部 40と、その受信ウェイトァダプティブ制 御部 40に所定の参照信号を供給する参照信号生成部 42と、上記受信ウェイト掛算 部 38により所定の受信ウェイトが掛算された受信信号を AM方式で復調して AM復 調波を検出する AM復調部 44と、その AM復調部 44により復調された AM復調波を FSK方式で復号する FSK復号部 46と、その FSK復号部 46により復号された復号 信号を解釈して前記無線タグ 14の変調に関する情報信号を読み出す返答ビット列 解釈部 48と、上記 AM復調部 44から出力される AM復調波に基づ 、て受信信号強 度を検出する受信信号強度検出部 50とを、機能的に備えている。この受信信号強 度検出部 50は、後述するアンテナ 54により受信される受信信号が所定の品質を有 するか否かを判定する受信品質判定部として機能し、例えば、受信信号強度が所定 値以上である場合には、その受信信号が所定の品質を有すると判断する。
[0029] 図 3は、前記アンテナ素子 18が組み合わされて構成されたアンテナ素子セット 52を 例示する図である。前記アンテナ素子 18は、例えば、所定の偏波面を有する電波を 効率よく受信する直線偏波アンテナであり、好適には、直線状のダイポールアンテナ である。図 3に示すように、前記無線タグ通信装置 12では、 1対のアンテナ素子 18で ある前記アンテナ素子 18a及び 18bが互いに直交するように十字型に組み合わされ たアンテナ素子セット 52aとして配設されている。このような相対位置関係にて配設さ れることで、水平方向に配設されたアンテナ素子 18aが水平偏波を送信する一方、 垂直方向に配設されたアンテナ素子 18bが垂直偏波を送信する。また、前記アンテ ナ素子 18aが水平偏波を効率よく受信する一方、前記アンテナ素子 18bが垂直偏波 を効率よく受信する。

ここで、好適には、前記送信ウェイト制御部 36は、先ず、前記アンテナ 54により送 信される送信信号の指向性を広角とする。例えば、前記アンテナ 54に備えられた 3 組のアンテナ素子セット 52のうち、中央に配設されたアンテナ素子セット 52bのアン テナ素子 18dから垂直偏波である送信信号を送信するように制御する。この際、アン テナ素子 18c及び残りの 2組のアンテナ素子セット 52a及び 52cから送信信号は送信 されな ヽ。この送信動作により送信された送信信号に応じて前記無線タグ 14から返 信された返信信号が受信され、その受信信号に関して受信品質判定部の判定が否 定される場合、すなわち前記受信信号強度検出部 50により検出される受信信号強 度が所定値未満である場合には、前記アンテナ 54により送信される送信信号の偏波 面を切り替える。例えば、前記アンテナ 54に備えられた 3組のアンテナ素子セット 52 のうち、中央に配設されたアンテナ素子セット 52bのアンテナ素子 18cから水平偏波 である送信信号を送信するように制御する。この際、アンテナ素子 18d及び残りの 2 組のアンテナ素子セット 52a及び 52cから送信信号は送信されな 、。この送信動作に より送信された送信信号に応じて前記無線タグ 14から返信された返信信号が受信さ れ、その受信信号に関して更に判定が否定される場合には、上記受信ウェイトァダプ ティブ制御部 40のァダプティブ処理の結果に基づき前記送信信号の偏波面及び指 向性を制御するように切り換える。例えば、 1回目の送信と 2回目の送信とで前記受 信信号強度検出部 50により検出される受信信号強度が高力つた方の AAA収束ゥ イトが送信ウェイトとして設定され、前記アンテナ 54に備えられた 3組のアンテナ素子 セット 52a、 52b、 52cを用いて所定の偏波面及び指向性を有する送信信号を送信 するように制御する。

[0039] 図 11に示す送信ウェイト設定制御では、先ず、 SA1にお 、て、 1回目の処理である か否かが判断される。この SA1の判断が肯定される場合には、 SA2において、前記 送信信号を無指向性の垂直偏波とする送信ウェイトが設定された後、図 10に示す制 御に復帰させられるが、 SA1の判断が否定される場合には、 SA3において、 2回目 の処理である力否かが判断される。この SA3の判断が肯定される場合には、 SA4に おいて、前記送信信号を比較的幅広の指向性を有する水平偏波とする送信ウェイト が設定された後、図 10に示す制御に復帰させられる力 SA3の判断が否定される場 合には、 SA5において、 3回目の処理であるか否かが判断される。この SA5の判断 が肯定される場合には、 SA6において、 1回目の処理と 2回目の処理とで前記受信 信号強度検出部 50により検出される受信信号強度が大き力つた方における AAA収 束ウェイトが送信ウェイトとして設定された後、図 10に示す制御に復帰させられるが、 SA5の判断が否定される場合には、それをもってエラー終了させられる。
[0040] 図 12に示す AAA処理制御では、先ず、 SB1において、前記第 2メモリ部 26から受 信信号が読み出される。次に、 SB2において、 SB1にて読み出された受信信号に前 記受信ウェイト掛算部 38により所定の受信ウェイトが掛算され、合成出力 Yが計算さ れる。次に、 SB3において、誤差信号すなわち SB2にて計算された合成出力 Yと前 記参照信号生成部 42から出力される参照信号との差が求められる。次に、 SB4にお いて、 SB3にて求められた誤差信号等がウェイト更新のための所定の漸ィ匕式に代入 され、受信ウェイトの設定値が更新される。次に、 SB5において、ウェイトが収束した か否かが判断される。この SB5の判断が否定される場合には、 SB1以下の処理が再 び実行されるが、 SB5の判断が肯定される場合には、前記 AM復調部 44の動作に 対応する SB6において、 SB2にて出力された合成信号が AM方式で復調される。そ して、前記 FSK復号部 46の動作に対応する SB7において、収束したウェイトが掛算 された受信信号が FSK方式で復号された後、図 10に示す制御に復帰させられる。

実施例 2
[0051] 図 13は、前述した図 10に示す RFID通信制御において、図 11に示す制御の代替 として実行される送信ウェイト設定制御を説明するフローチャートである。この図 13に 示す送信ウェイト設定制御では、先ず、 SA7において、 1回目の処理であるか否かが 判断される。この SA7の判断が肯定される場合には、 SA8において、前記送信信号 を円偏波とする送信ウェイトが設定された後、図 10に示す制御に復帰させられるが、 SA7の判断が否定される場合には、 SA9において、 2回目の処理であるか否かが判 断される。この SA9の判断が肯定される場合には、 SA10において、先の受信信号 処理における AAA収束ウェイトが送信ウェイトとして設定された後、図 10に示す制御 に復帰させられる力 SA10の判断が否定される場合には、それをもってエラー終了 させられる。
[0052] このように、本第 2実施例によれば、前記送信ウェイト制御部 36は、先ず、前記アン テナ 54により送信される送信信号を円偏波とし、前記受信信号強度検出部 50により 検出される受信信号強度が所定値未満であると判定される場合には、前記受信ゥ イトァダプティブ制御部 40による前記受信信号のァダプティブ処理の結果に基づき 前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御するように切り換えるものであるため、前 記通信に要する処理時間を短縮することができる。
実施例 3
[0053] 図 14は、前述した図 4に示すアンテナ 54の代替として前記無線タグ通信装置 12に 設けられるアンテナ 92を示す図である。本実施例の無線タグ通信装置 12では、図 1 4に示すように、 1対の前記アンテナ素子 18a及び 18bが互いに直交するように X字 型に組み合わされたアンテナ素子セット 52aとして、前記アンテナ素子 18c及び 18d が互いに直交するように X字型に組み合わされたアンテナ素子セット 52bとして、前 記アンテナ素子 18e及び 18fが互いに直交するように X字型に組み合わされたアン テナ素子セット 52cとして配設されており、それら 3組のアンテナ素子セット 52それぞ れに含まれる直線偏波アンテナが他のアンテナ素子セット 52に含まれる対応する直 線偏波アンテナと平行を成すように且つ同一平面内に配設されて送受信共用のアン テナ 92が構成されている。すなわち、前記アンテナ素子 18a、 18c、 18eが互いに平 行を成すように配設されると共に、前記アンテナ素子 18b、 18d、 18fが互いに平行 を成すように配設されている。このように構成されたアンテナ 92では、前述した図 4に 示すように十字型に配設されたアンテナ 54とは送信信号及び受信信号に掛算され るべきウェイトは異なるが、斯カるアンテナ 54と同様に前記偏波面及び指向性を制御 することができる。
[0054] このように、本第 3実施例によれば、前記複数組のアンテナ素子セット 52は、それら アンテナ素子セット 52それぞれに含まれる直線偏波アンテナが他のアンテナ素子セ ット 52に含まれる対応する直線偏波アンテナと平行を成すように且つ同一平面内に 配設されたものであるため、前記偏波面及び指向性を制御し得る実用的なアンテナ 92を構成することができる。
実施例 4
[0055] 図 15は、前述した図 4に示すアンテナ 54の代替として前記無線タグ通信装置 12に 設けられる更に別のアンテナ 94を示す図である。本実施例の無線タグ通信装置 12 に備えられたアンテナ 94は、図 15に示すように、 6組のアンテナ素子セット 52a乃至 52fから構成されたものであり、それら 6組のうち 2組のアンテナ素子セット 52b及び 5 2eは、 1本のアンテナ素子 18を共有している。斯かるアンテナ 94では、 3組の第 1ァ ンテナ素子セット群すなわちアンテナ素子セット 52a乃至 52cが、それらアンテナ素 子セット 52それぞれに含まれる一方の直線偏波アンテナが一直線(図 15における y 軸)に沿って並ぶように且つ同一の第 1平面(図 15における yz平面)内に配設される と共に、所定数の第 2アンテナ素子セット群すなわちアンテナ素子セット 52d乃至 52f 力 それらアンテナ素子セット 52それぞれに含まれる一方の直線偏波アンテナがー 直線(図 15における X軸)に沿って並ぶように且つ前記第 1平面と直交する同一の第 2平面(図 15における xz平面)内に配設されたものである。また、図 17は、図 16に示 すアンテナ 94の変形例であり、上記 6組のアンテナ素子セット 52a乃至 52fのうち 2組 のアンテナ素子セット 52c及び 52fが 1本のアンテナ素子 18を共有する態様である。 このように、本第 4実施例によれば、前記偏波面及び広い角度範囲で好適に指向性 を制御し得る実用的なアンテナ 94を構成することができる。
実施例 5
[0056] 図 17は、前述した図 4に示すアンテナ 54の代替として前記無線タグ通信装置 12に 設けられる更に別のアンテナ 96を示す図である。本実施例の無線タグ通信装置 12 に備えられたアンテナ 96は、図 17に示すように、それぞれ直線状のダイポールアン テナである 9本のアンテナ素子 18a乃至 18iから構成されるものであり、 6本の第 1ダイ ポールアンテナ群すなわちアンテナ素子 18a乃至 18fが、第 1平面(図 17では xy平 面)内にお 、て互いに交差する 1対の直線それぞれに沿って並ぶように配設されて いる。具体的には、前記アンテナ素子 18a乃至 18cがー直線に沿って並ぶように配 設されると共に、前記アンテナ素子 18d乃至 18fがその一直線に交差する他の直線 に沿って並ぶように配設されている。また、 3本の第 2ダイポールアンテナ群すなわち アンテナ素子 18g乃至 18iが、前記第 1平面と直交する第 2平面(図 17では yz平面) 内に互いに平行を成すように且つその第 1平面に垂直を成すように配設されたもの である。このように、本第 5実施例によれば、前記偏波面及び指向性を制御し得る実 用的なアンテナ 96を構成することができ、特に前記第 1平面に平行な偏波面での指 向性制御範囲を広げることができる。
実施例 6
[0057] 図 18は、前述した図 4に示すアンテナ 54の代替として前記無線タグ通信装置 12に 設けられる更に別のアンテナ 98を示す図である。本実施例の無線タグ通信装置 12 に備えられたアンテナ 98は、図 18に示すように、 12組のアンテナ素子セット 52a乃 至 521から構成されたものであり、図 15のアンテナ 94を三次元的に拡張したものであ る。すなわち、第 1直線(図 18では y軸)上、第 2直線(図 18では X軸)上に加え、第 3 直線(図 18では z軸)上にもアンテナ素子セット 52g乃至 521が配設される。それらの アンテナ素子セットのうち 52hは第 1直線上のアンテナ素子セット 52bと共用であり、 5 2kは第 3直線上のアンテナ素子セット 52eと共用である。また、アンテナ素子セット 52 g及び 52j、 52i及び 521は、それぞれ 1本のアンテナ素子 18を共有している。このよう に、本第 6実施例によれば、前記偏波面及び第 1直線と第 2直線を含む平面で広い 角度範囲で好適に指向性を制御でき、更に第 3直線を含む平面でも指向性を制御し 得る実用的なアンテナ 98を構成することができる。

[0059] 例えば、前述の実施例では、図 4に示すように、 1対のアンテナ素子 18が十字型を 成すように配設されたり、図 14に示すように、 1対のアンテナ素子 18が X字型を成す ように配設されたアンテナの構成例を説明したが、所定の相対位置関係にて配設さ れた複数のアンテナ素子力 成り、前記偏波面及び指向性を制御し得るアンテナで あればよぐ例えば、 T字型、ハの字型、或いは扇型を成すように配設された複数の 直線偏波アンテナ素子カゝら成るアンテナが本実施例の無線タグ通信装置に備えられ ていても構わない。
[0060] また、前述の実施例では、直線状のダイポールアンテナであるアンテナ素子 18を 用いた構成を説明したが、例えば、ノツチアンテナ等の平面アンテナを備えたもので あってもよぐアンテナ素子の態様は特に問わない。
[0061] また、前述の実施例において、前記送信ウェイト掛算部 34、送信ウェイト制御部 36 、受信ウェイト掛算部 38、及び受信ウェイトァダプティブ制御部 40等は、前記 DSP1 6の制御機能として設けられたものであった力 その DSP16とは別体の制御装置とし て備えられるものであっても構わない。また、それらの制御部による処理は、ディジタ ル信号処理によるものであると、アナログ信号処理によるものであるとを問わない。
[0062] また、前述の実施例では、前記受信信号強度検出部 50を受信品質判定部として 有するものであつたが、例えば、前記 FSK復号部 46による前記受信信号の復号品 質が所定範囲内である力否かを判定するエラー判定部等を受信品質判定部として 備えるものであっても構わな 、。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 所定の無線タグに向けて送信信号を送信すると共に、該送信信号に応じて該無線 タグ力 返信される返信信号を受信して該無線タグとの間で情報の通信を行う無線タ グ通信装置であって、
所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子から成り、前記送信信号 の偏波面及び指向性を制御し得る送信アンテナと、
該送信アンテナから送信される前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御する送 信制御部と
を、有することを特徴とする無線タグ通信装置。
[2] 所定の相対位置関係にて配設された複数のアンテナ素子から成り、前記無線タグ 力 の返信信号に適するように偏波面及び指向性を制御して受信し得る受信アンテ ナと、
該受信アンテナの偏波面及び指向性をァダプティブアレイ処理により制御する受 信制御部と
を、有するものである請求項 1の無線タグ通信装置。
[3] 前記送信制御部は、前記送信アンテナから送信される送信信号が垂直偏波、水平 偏波、及び円偏波の何れかとなるように制御するものである請求項 1又は 2の無線タ グ通信装置。
[4] 前記受信アンテナにより受信される受信信号が所定の品質を有するか否かを判定 する受信品質判定部を有し、
前記送信制御部は、先ず、前記送信アンテナにより送信される送信信号の指向性 を広角とし、前記受信品質判定部の判定が否定される場合には、前記受信信号のァ ダブティブ処理の結果に基づき前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御するよう に切り換えるものである請求項 2又は 3の無線タグ通信装置。
[5] 前記受信アンテナにより受信される受信信号が所定の品質を有するか否かを判定 する受信品質判定部を有し、
前記送信制御部は、先ず、前記送信アンテナにより送信される送信信号を第 1の偏 波とし、前記受信品質判定部の判定が否定される場合には、前記送信アンテナによ り送信される送信信号を第 2の偏波とするように切り換えるものである請求項 2から 4 の何れかの無線タグ通信装置。
[6] 前記第 1の偏波は、水平偏波及び垂直偏波の何れか一方であり、前記第 2の偏波 は、水平偏波及び垂直偏波のうち前記第 1の偏波とは異なるものである請求項 5の無 線タグ通信装置。
[7] 前記受信アンテナにより受信される受信信号が所定の品質を有するか否かを判定 する受信品質判定部を有し、
前記送信制御部は、先ず、前記送信アンテナにより送信される送信信号を円偏波 とし、前記受信品質判定部の判定が否定される場合には、前記受信信号のァダプテ イブ処理の結果に基づき前記送信信号の偏波面及び指向性を制御するように切り換 えるものである請求項 2又は 3の無線タグ通信装置。
[8] 前記アンテナ素子は、直線偏波アンテナであり、偏波面が直交するように配設され た 1対の直線偏波アンテナ力 成るアンテナ素子セットを複数組有するものである請 求項 1から 7の何れかの無線タグ通信装置。
[9] 前記複数の組のアンテナ素子セットは、それらアンテナ素子セットそれぞれに含ま れる一方の直線偏波アンテナが一直線に沿って並ぶように且つ同一平面内に配設 されたものである請求項 8の無線タグ通信装置。
[10] 前記複数組のアンテナ素子セットは、それらアンテナ素子セットそれぞれに含まれ る直線偏波アンテナが他のアンテナ素子セットに含まれる対応する直線偏波アンテ ナと平行を成すように且つ同一平面内に配設されたものである請求項 8の無線タグ 通信装置。
[11] 前記複数組のアンテナ素子セットは、所定数の第 1アンテナ素子セット群が、それら アンテナ素子セットそれぞれに含まれる一方の直線偏波アンテナが一直線に沿って 並ぶように且つ同一の第 1平面内に配設されると共に、所定数の第 2アンテナ素子セ ット群が、それらアンテナ素子セットそれぞれに含まれる一方の直線偏波アンテナが 一直線に沿って並ぶように且つ前記第 1平面と直交する同一の第 2平面内に配設さ れたものである請求項 8の無線タグ通信装置。
[12] 前記アンテナ素子は、直線偏波アンテナであり、所定数の第 1直線偏波アンテナ群 力 第 1平面内において互いに交差する 1対の直線それぞれに沿って並ぶように配 設されると共に、所定数の第 2直線偏波アンテナ群が、前記第 1平面と直交する第 2 平面内に互いに平行を成すように且つ該第 1平面に垂直を成すように配設されたも のである請求項 1から 7の何れかの無線タグ通信装置。
[13] 前記アンテナ素子は、直線偏波アンテナであり、所定数の第 1直線偏波アンテナ群 力 所定の第 1直線に沿ってに並ぶように配設されると共に、所定数の第 2直線偏波 アンテナ群が、該第 1直線と直交する平面内において互いに交差する第 2直線及び 第 3直線それぞれに沿って並ぶように且つ配設されたものである請求項 1から 7の何 れかの無線タグ通信装置。
[14] 前記アンテナ素子は、直線状のダイポールアンテナである請求項 1から 13の何れ かの無線タグ通信装置。
[15] 前記複数のアンテナ素子は、前記送信アンテナ及び受信アンテナに共有される送 受信共用のアンテナ素子である請求項 2から 14の何れかの無線タグ通信装置。
