Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de poudre de miel sous diverses formes granulaire, pulvérulente, etc., par séchage d'une composition dans laquelle on mélange le miel brut et d'autres additifs, ainsi que la poudre de miel produite obtenue par ce procédé. Ledit procédé consiste (a) à préparer les ingrédients constituants par la pesée de 5 à 95 % en poids de miel brut et de 95 à 5 % en poids d'une poudre additive prédéterminée; (b) à mélanger de manière homogène les ingrédients constituants préparés; et (c) à sécher sous forme de poudre la composition mélangée par évacuation de l'humidité qu'elle renferme par un séchage prédéterminé. A l'état liquide, le miel brut peut difficilement être traité et stocké et présente des limites au niveau de l'élaboration diversifiée de produits. De tels problèmes sont donc résolus par ce procédé, lequel contribuera à davantage de profits pour les apiculteurs et favorisera la santé de la population et le développement d'industries pertinentes grâce à divers types de produits à base de miel.
