Abstract

La présente invention permet d'obtenir de manière avantageuse un procédé de formation de produit alimentaire pour la déshydratation et le séchage de fruits et/ou de légumes. De façon générale, ce procédé permet de préserver les substances nutritives des fruits et/ou des légumes et également d'augmenter leur durée de conservation.
