Definitions
- the present invention relates to money payment systems and methods, and in particular, to money payment techniques using computer systems of banks. Background art
- employees of a company receive salaries by bank transfer on specific paydays.
- the company calculates the employee's salary from the employee's basic salary and working hours, etc., and requests the bank to pay the salary prior to the payday.
- Requests for salary transfer may be made online using the Internet.
- pay is transferred to an employee's account on a pay day designated by the company based on a transfer request from a company or request data via the Internet.
- part-time workers have also increased in companies, and these part-time jobs and parts are similar to regular employees who wish to receive a monthly salary.
- weekly or daily payment is desired. If the company pays wages to a part-time job or part by day payment, it is necessary to calculate the wage every day and make a bank transfer request, so the monthly payment for part-time workers or parts is also completed. In most cases, salaries were paid, and wages were not paid in the manner desired by the alpite or part.
- FIG 17 shows a conceptual diagram of a conventional wage payment system.
- Temporary workers such as alpaparts provide labor based on employment contracts with employers.
- Employer 12 calculates wages based on the hourly wage specified by the employment contract and the actual working days or working hours of temporary workers 10 and pays the banking system 14 before the specified date of payment of wages.
- Make a transfer request If it is closed on a monthly basis, the temporary workers' wages are totaled on a monthly basis and a transfer request is made.
- bank system 14 this transfer request Withdraw wages from the employer's account based on this and transfer wages to the temporary worker's 10 account.
- Fig. 18 schematically shows the wage payment process in the banking system 14 in Fig. 17.
- the computer system 14 a debits the wage equivalent from the employer's account 14 b and the temporary worker 10 0 Transfer to account 1 4 c 1.
- the computer system 14a requests the other bank's computer system 17 to perform the transfer process and the other bank's computer system 17 Transfers wages to temporary worker 10's account 14c2.
- the transfer of wages is carried out by the transfer process of debiting from an employee account and transferring to a temporary worker account. If a transfer request from the employer is entered on a monthly basis, these processes are also performed on a monthly basis.
- the employer does not pay wages on a monthly basis in this way, but rather manages the working days and working hours of the Alpaito part by using a time card, the data from the time card and the hourly wage data of the alpaite or part. It is also conceivable to calculate the daily allowance automatically and send the daily allowance data automatically to the bank's computer system every day, and pay the wages on a daily basis as desired by the alpite or part (see the following literature) .
- the above problems can occur not only between employers and workers, but also between companies. That is, for example, if a company provides goods or services to another company for a fee, a monetary receivables and debts relationship is formed between the two companies, and the monetary creditor's company is paid by the monetary debtor's company on a monthly or monthly basis. In addition to receiving receivables, You may want to collect your receivables on any day. Disclosure of the invention

- Temporary worker 10 provides labor under a labor contract with employer 12.
- Temporary workers 10 provide labor data to the banking system 14.
- Labor data is basically working days, working hours, etc., but includes data required to calculate hourly wages, basic deductions, and other salaries for temporary workers 10 for temporary workers 10. Is also good.
- the data used to create a withholding slip can also be used.
- Labor data is generated each time the temporary worker 10 provides labor to the employer 12 and is provided to the banking system 14.
- the banking system 14 sequentially accumulates these time-series labor data.
- the temporary worker 10 provides advance lending data to the banking system 14 at an appropriate timing.
- the advance lending request data includes the date on which the temporary worker 10 wants to receive money, ie, the date of funding, and the amount of money that the temporary worker 10 wants.
- Resources The grant date can be set to any day after the temporary worker 10 provides work to the employer 12.
- the banking system 14 when the temporary worker 10 wishes to receive money in consideration of labor by designating the date of funding, the banking system 14 requests the temporary worker 10 from the employer 12 (the employer 1). Pay to temporary workers 10 in accordance with the loan consignment agreement with 2). That is, the banking system 14 satisfies the requirements of the temporary workers 10 by transferring the temporary workers 10 into the account of the temporary workers 10 as, for example, internal loan funds, according to the request of the temporary workers 10. . Funds are basically provided within the total wage (salary) generated by the work of the ten temporary workers. Therefore, this fund has the same economic effect as the advance payment of salary for the temporary worker 10.
- a temporary worker 10 can receive compensation for his or her work, that is, a wage on any day he or she desires.
- the banking system 14 issues the money (advance loan) to the temporary worker 10 on the desired date of the temporary worker 10, and then outputs the money transfer data to the employee 12, Notify that funding has been performed.
- the output of the advance loan transfer data to the employer 12 may be executed prior to the transfer processing to the temporary worker 10 account, and the transfer processing is performed after receiving the consent from the employer 12. May be executed.
- FIG. 2 shows the configuration blocks of the bank system 14 in FIG.
- the banking system 14 has, in addition to the computer system 14a, a labor data management file 14b, an advance loan management file 14c, and a payroll data management file 14d.
- the computer system 14a performs the normal money transfer transaction processing, that is, by writing to a specific account file in its own bank, thereby debiting or transferring the money. Or, a transfer process is performed. If the account to be used for the fund transfer transaction processing is not in the bank itself but in another bank, the same processing is requested to the computer system of the other bank.
- the computer system 14a has an interface for inputting labor data and advance rental data provided by the temporary worker 10. Labor data is stored in the labor data management file 14b, and advance lending data is stored in the advance loan management file 14c.
- the labor data management file 14 b manages the labor data of the temporary workers 10. Specifically, it is the working days and working hours of each temporary worker. As labor data, basic data of the temporary worker 10, such as age and hourly wage, may be managed. The salary of the temporary worker 10 is calculated from the hourly wage and working hours of the temporary worker 10, and stored in the salary data management file 14d. The salary calculation may be performed by the computer system 14a, but may be performed by another computer that manages the labor data management file 14b or the salary data management file 14d.
- the advance loan management file 14 c manages advance loan request data provided by the temporary worker 10.
- the advance lending request data is, specifically, the funding statement and the desired amount of the granting.
- the advance loan management file 14 c may also store the results of the internal loan fund delivery actually executed by the bank system 14. That is, the date of the actual funding and the amount of the advance paid to the temporary worker's 10 account.
- the internal loan fund to be provided to the temporary worker 10 is within the salary of the temporary worker 10, and if the amount of funding desired by the temporary worker 10 is within the salary, The amount actually delivered is the same.
- the salary data management file 14 d manages salary data calculated from the labor data of the temporary workers 10. If the temporary worker 10 provides labor to the employer 12 more than once or for more than one day, salary data will be generated sequentially and stored in the salary data management file. By referring to the salary data management file 14d, the computer system 14a can determine the limit to which the temporary worker 10 can be provided with internal company funds. In other words, if the desired amount provided from the temporary worker 10 is within the range of the salary of the temporary worker 10 until the desired date of delivery, the computer system 14a will add the desired amount of delivery to the desired date of delivery. Delivery I do.
- the computer system 14a performs one of a plurality of options. First, if the desired grant amount exceeds the salary, the process is to reject the grant. Second, if the desired grant exceeds the salary, the process is to limit the amount of the grant to the same amount as the salary. If legally possible, a third option could be to allow the grant even if the desired amount exceeds the salary.
- the computer system 14a transfers the amount to the temporary worker 10's account 14 ⁇ on the desired date. Also, the amount equivalent to the grant amount will be deducted from the account 14e of the employer 12.
- the salary data management file 14d stores the salary data of the temporary worker 10
- the advance loan management file 14c stores the advance loan (grant amount) and the date of grant. Therefore, the computer system 14a can extract the remaining salary of the salary data that has not been processed by the advance loan by comparing the two files.
- the payroll results may be stored in the payroll data management file, and in this case, the remaining payroll can be extracted by comparing the payroll data in the payroll data file with the payroll results data.
- the computer system 14a calculates or extracts the remaining salary data on the day specified by the employer 12, that is, the payroll date specified by the employee 12, and calculates the salary transfer date specified by the employer 12. Transfer the temporary worker 10 to the account 14f.
- FIGS. 3 to 5 schematically show the labor data management file 14b, the advanced loan management file 14c, and the salary data management file 14d in FIG. Figure 3 shows the labor data management file 14b, where the names of the temporary workers 10 and the employees 1 2
- the working hours are stored in association with each other.
- the temporary worker 10 with the name A (which may be a code) has an employer 12 of company X and the working hours are hi. Instead of working hours, work start time and work end time may be used. Also, the rest time, hourly wage, additional data, and deduction data of each temporary worker 10 may be stored together.
- the labor data management file 14 b stores the data required to calculate the daily salary of the temporary worker 10.
- Fig. 4 shows the advance loan management file 14c, which stores the temporary worker 10's name, the employer 12 ', the advance loan desired date (the desired date of funding), and the advance loan desired amount (the desired amount of grant).
- the temporary worker 10 with the name A and the employer 1 2 is Company X
- the desired advance date is d l
- the desired advance amount is ml.
- the desired advance payment date is specified as a day, such as "1 day”, “15 days”, etc., as well as an interval or payment method such as “daily”, “every other day”, “daily payment", “weekly payment”, etc. Can also be specified.
- the desired amount of advance payment may not be specified by the temporary worker 10.
- the temporary worker 10 only wants “pay daily” and does not enter the desired advance payment. In this case, the daily salary is automatically set to the desired advance payment.
- employees of A and B are company X
- employee of C is company Y.
- the employer 12 does not necessarily have to be a single employer, and a plurality of temporary workers 10 and a plurality of employers 12 may be managed.
- Fig. 5 shows the salary data management file 14d, which stores the names of the temporary workers 10, the employees 12, the prepayments already paid in advance (actual results of prepayments), and salaries.
- the salary data is basically a file that manages the salary calculated from the labor data in Fig. 3, but it is also possible to manage the performance of the advance loan together with the salary.
- Figure 5 shows the file in this case.
- advance loan ⁇ salary In Fig. 5, advance loan ⁇ salary. Payroll data is generated sequentially, and advance loans are also generated sequentially.
- the salary data management file 14d adds daily salary and advance payment to the file.
- FIG. 6 shows a schematic diagram of the internal loan financing executed by the banking system 14. Salary data 20 calculated based on labor data is generated daily, and these are accumulated to form total salary data 22 of temporary workers 10. In the conventional salary payment system, this total salary data 22 is transferred to the account 14 f of the temporary worker 10 on a predetermined pay transfer date.
- any desired amount of the temporary worker 10 is processed as the advance loan data 24, and the temporary worker 10 Transferred to account 14f. If temporary worker 10 subsequently provides work, total salary data 22 will be newly stored. On the salary transfer date specified by employer 1 2, of the total salary data 2 2, the remaining salary data 2 6 that has not yet been processed as advance loan data is the account of temporary worker 10 on the payroll transfer date. Transferred to 1 4 f. As described above, the monthly salary transfer process is completed.
- FIG. 7 shows a modification of FIG. This is the case when the temporary worker 10 requests advance payment (funding) on a “pay-per-day” basis. If the temporary worker 10 provides work to the employer 12 on a certain day, the work generates salary data 20 and also creates total salary data 22 up to that date. The total salary data 22 is processed as it is as advance payment data 24 and transferred to the account 14 f of the temporary worker 10 by the next day or the next two days. Since there is no remaining salary data 26, the transfer process on the predetermined pay transfer date is not executed. If temporary worker 10 provides work again after receiving the advance loan, new salary data 20 and total salary data 22 are generated, and total salary data 22 remains unchanged as advance loan data. Processed as 24.
- FIG. 8 shows another modification of FIG. This is the case when the temporary worker 10 wishes to advance loan (funding) on a “weekly payment” basis. If the temporary worker 10 provides labor to the employer 12 over several days in a week, these labors generate the salary data 20 sequentially, and the total salary data 22 for one week is obtained. Created. The gross salary data 2 2 is processed as it is as advance payment data 24 and is transferred to the temporary worker 10 account 14 f. In the next week, the same process is executed, and the total salary data 22 is processed and transferred as advance loan data 24. Since there is no remaining salary data 26, the transfer process on the predetermined pay transfer date is not executed.
- FIG. 9 shows an overall processing flowchart of the present embodiment.
- the temporary worker 10 transmits labor data and advance rental request data using a mobile phone or PDA (S101).
- Labor data need not be transmitted directly from the temporary workers 10, but may be transmitted periodically, for example, from a computer system or time card system that manages the working status of the temporary workers 10.
- the transmission of labor data and the advance rental request data do not need to be synchronized. For example, labor data is transmitted each time a temporary worker 10 provides labor, and advance rental data is transmitted at any time. .
- the salary is calculated based on the labor data (S102).
- the labor data of the employer 12 may be compared with the input labor data.
- the salary data calculated based on the labor data may be compared with the salary data created by the employer 12.
- the banking system 14 After creating salary data for the temporary worker 10, the banking system 14 temporarily allocates an advance loan within the range of salary as an internal loan to the employer 12 on the desired date of delivery, based on the entered advance loan request data. Transfer to the worker's 10 account (S103). When transferring the advance loan, the transfer may be notified to the employer 12 and the transfer may be made after the consent of the employer 12. A transfer may be made after performing a process to determine whether or not the desired grant amount is within the range of salary, and a process for notifying temporary workers 10 when the desired amount of grant exceeds the range of salary is performed. May be. Since the transfer of funds is treated only as an internal loan for the employer 12, the bank system 14 automatically debits the amount corresponding to the advance loan from the account 14 e of the employer 12 (S 10 Four ) .
- the process of transferring the advance money and the process of debiting the employer's 12 account are repeated as necessary. Then, at the point in time before the specified date of the payroll transfer specified by the employer 1 2, the remaining pay of the payroll that has not been processed in advance is calculated, and the account 1 of the temporary worker 10 on the payroll transfer date is calculated. Transfer to 4 f (S 105). In addition, the same amount is debited from the account 14 e of the employer 12.
- the internal loan fund issuance process is performed on the premise of salary. Remaining After completing the remaining payroll transfer, the banking system 14 notifies the employer 12 of the previous loan transfer process and the remaining payroll transfer process for the month. Employer 12 does not need to recognize daily or weekly payments for temporary worker 10, and can use the same monthly closing process as before. In the present embodiment, workers are provided with internal loans, but the form may be arbitrary.
