Definitions
- the present invention relates to a theanine-containing stress suppressing composition, a theanine-containing granule suitably used for obtaining the stress suppressing composition as a food or the like, and a method for producing the same.
- anti-anxiety drugs, sleeping pills, and the like are effective as anti-stress agents used for suppressing such stress.
- a first object of the present invention is to provide a stress-suppressing composition that does not adversely affect health even if taken frequently, and that also has an excellent stress-suppressing effect. I do.
- an active ingredient having a stress suppressing effect is used to obtain a luxury product or food, such as a tablet or a gum, which is one form of the stress suppressing composition
- the active ingredient is once granulated into granules. Later, when this is supplied to the manufacturing equipment corresponding to each form and processed, It is preferable to adopt the method described above. According to such a method, handling such as storage and transportation of the active ingredient in the manufacturing process becomes easy, and kneading with other food materials in each manufacturing apparatus becomes easy, so that a homogeneous product can be obtained. it is conceivable that.
- the physical properties of the active ingredient may adversely affect the granulation process.
- the present invention provides a granule having physical properties that can be suitably used in the production process of the above-described stress-suppressing composition even when a specific stress-suppressing component is used as an active ingredient.
- the second issue is to manufacture efficiently. Disclosure of the invention
- the present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the first problem, and as a result, have found that theanine, which is a natural component, is effective in suppressing stress, and have completed the present invention.
- the solution of the present invention relates to a stress suppressing composition containing theanine.
- the stress-suppressing composition is preferably in a form suitable for absorption from the oral mucosa, and more preferably in a form that can remain in the oral cavity for at least 3 minutes when consumed in the oral cavity.
- a food composition is suitable as such a stress suppressing composition.
