Abstract

4-Haloalkylnicotinnitrile (I) eignen sich als Zwischenprodukte bei der Herstellung von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln und sind durch ein Verfahren erhältlich, wobei man a) 3-Amino-1-haloalkyl-2-propen-1-on RF-C(O)-CH=CH-NH¿2? (II) in einer Kondensationsreaktion mit einer Verbindung der Formel (III) bis (VII), (R?1¿Z)CH=CH-CN (III) (R1Z)2CH-CH2-CN (IV) Hal-CH=CH-CN (V) Hal2CH-CH2CN (VI) HC=C-CN (VII), wobei RF (C1-C4)- Haloalkyl R1 Alkyl, Hal CI oder Br und Z O, S, NR1 oder OCO bedeutet, bei dem im Falle von Formel (IV) die beiden Reste Z unabhängig voneinander die vorstehend genannten Bedeutungen annehmen können, zu einer Verbindung der Formel (VIII), (IX) und/oder (X) umsetzt, RF-C(O)-CH=CH-NH-CH=CH-CN (VIII) RF-C(O)-CH=CH-NH-CH(ZR)-CH¿2?-CN (IX) R?F¿-C(O)-CH=CH-NH-CH(Hal)-CH¿2?-CN (X) wobei R, Z und Hal die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, und das Reaktionsprodukt b) einer Ringschlußreaktion unterwirft.
