Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerventileinheit (28) für einen hydraulischen Aufzug. Sie enthält zwei Steuerventile (5, 15), mit denen der Fluss von Hydrauliköl von einem Tank zu einem eine Aufzugskabine antreibenden Hubzylinder bzw. vom Hubzylinder zum Tank steuerbar ist. Bei Aufwärtsfahrt der Aufzugskabine wird Hydrauliköl mittels einer von einem Elektromotor angetriebenen Pumpe vom Tank über die Steuerventileinheit (28) zum Hubzylinder gefördert, während bei Abwärtsfahrt der Aufzugskabine das Hydrauliköl über die Steuerventileinheit (28) zum Tank strömt, ohne dass die Pumpe in Betrieb ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist zur Steuerung der Aufwärtsfahrt und der Abwärtsfahrt der Aufzugskabine in der Steuerventileinheit (28) je ein einziges vorsteuerbares Steuerventil (5, 15) vorhanden, deren jedes sowohl als Rückschlagventil als auch als Proportionalventil wirkt. In jedem der Steuerventile (5, 15) ist ein einziger Drosselkörper (35; 55) vorhanden, der gegenüber einem Sitz (36; 56) verschiebbar ist. Dabei wirken auf den Drosselkörper (35; 55) einerseits eine Rückstellfeder (37; 57) und andererseits ein Vorsteuerventil (5V; 15V) ein, deren jedes durch einen elektrisch ansteuerbaren Proportionalmagneten (5M; 15M) betätigbar ist. Die Steuerventileinheit (28) ist somit sehr einfach aufgebaut und entsprechend kostengünstig herstellbar. Besonders vorteilhaft ist dabei, dass Einstellelemente nicht nötig sind.
