Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Systemträger (5) für Halbleiterchips (1) und elektronische Bauteile (2), die auf dem Systemträger (5) hergestellt werden. Der Systemträger (5) weist ein Grundsubstrat (11) auf, auf dem Außenkontaktelemente (6) angeordnet sind, die einen nietförmigen Querschnitt (7) zeigen mit einem Nietkopfbereich (8), einem Nietschaftbereich (9) und einem Nietfußbereich (10), wodurch die Außenkontaktelemente (6) in dem Gehäuse aus einer Kunststoffmasse (4) sicher verankert werden.
