Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for dispensing objects, preferably money, with at least one magazine for storing the objects and with at least one dispensing device for dispensing objects from the at least one magazine.
- Such an output device has become known, for example, from DE-GM 296 09 900.
- the dispensing device known from DE-GM 296 09 900 is used to dispense coin rolls which are stored in a storage magazine.
- a coin roll is picked up from the storage magazine by means of a drum-shaped dispensing device and passed through an output opening into a removal tray from which the coin roll can then be removed by the user.
- the coin rolls issued in the removal tray len are difficult for the user to recognize due to the removal tray, which is usually arranged at a fairly low height, especially since a swing-open flap often hides the removal tray to the outside.
- the present invention is based on the object of simplifying the output of the objects to a user in an output device of the type mentioned and, in particular, improving the presentation of the objects to be output.
- this object is achieved in that a receiving device, preferably up and down, movable, upward or laterally open, into which an object can be dispensed from the magazine, and in an end position of the receiving device, is provided within the dispensing device
- a closable removal opening is provided in the housing above or to the side of the receiving device.
- the dispensing device works according to a removal and presentation principle, in which the objects to be dispensed from the dispensing device to the customer are first collected within the dispensing device with the receiving device in order to then enable the customer to remove them, for example from above, from this receiving device.
- the removed items can thus only be presented to the customer after the entire technical process within the dispensing device has been completed and the receiving device has moved to its end position near the opening. This allows tests to be carried out until shortly before the items are removed by the customer that guarantee the customer the correctness of his desired items.
- the receiving device can e.g. horizontal or, which is preferred, vertical e.g. move by means of a lift, the receiving device preferably moving linearly.
- the receiving device in particular provided with a receiving shell, e.g. single coins, coin rolls, banknotes and bundles of banknotes and correspondingly printed receipts are issued in the case of a money dispenser.
- the objects to be dispensed only have to be deposited in the receiving device, the weight of the objects to be dispensed advantageously being used for this purpose.
- Known banknote and bundle of banknote dispensers can be used as dispensers.
- money acceptance devices are also provided, the entire money transaction, as is currently taking place in a bank branch, can be processed with the device according to the invention.
- the receiving device can either be open at the top, so that objects ejected from the magazine are on the one hand securely stored in the receiving device and on the other hand can be conveniently removed by a user from above, or be open on the side to enable removal from the side.
- a displaceable slide closes the removal opening, the slide being particularly displaceable in a space-saving manner parallel to the outer surface of the housing having the removal opening, namely side wall or top side or horizontal contact surface.
- the slide can move into its position exposing the removal opening behind this outer surface.
- An embodiment is particularly advantageous in which the inner surface of the side wall having the removal opening forms a contact surface for the objects located in the receiving device. During an upward movement of the receiving device, the objects accommodated therein slide along the contact surface until they are behind and in particular on the slide.
- the objects in the receiving device are directed towards the removal opening, e.g. the objects are presented to the user for removal from the removal opening by spring force or by their own weight on an inclined support surface.
- the depositing of foreign bodies into the receiving device can at least be made more difficult.
- the receiving device is preferably locked in the direction of travel when the removal opening is released.
- Figure 1 is a front view of the opened dispenser for coin rolls according to the invention.
- Fig. 2 is a plan view of a filled with coin rolls
- Fig. 3 is a side view of the dispenser according to
- FIG. 4 shows the dispensing device in a side view corresponding to FIG. 3 with the receiving device moved into its upper end position
- FIG. 5 shows the dispensing device in a side view corresponding to FIG. 3 with the receiving device moved into its lower end position
- Fig. 6 shows another embodiment of an output device in a broken side view.
- the dispensing device designated overall by 1 in the drawing serves in the exemplary embodiment shown to dispense coin rolls 3 stored in magazines 2.
- the coin rolls 3 to be dispensed to a customer are first collected within a housing 4 by means of a lift 5 with the associated receiving device 6, and then to the customer to enable removal from above from this receiving device 6.
- the lift 5 is guided vertically via two round racks 7 laterally of the receiving device 6 and can be moved up and down together with the receiving device 6 in the direction of the double arrow 10 by means of a gear motor 8, which transmits its force to two toothed wheels 9 meshing with the round racks 7.
- the round racks 7 ensure smooth running, the drive and guide being implemented inexpensively with the same components.
- the dimensions of the magazines 2 are adapted to the coin rolls 3 in length and diameter in order to form a guide housing for the coin rolls 3 arranged one behind the other. These lie on a bottom surface 11 in the magazine 2, the front coin roll 3a, which is to be removed next, abuts a front stop 12 of the magazine 2 on the removal side 13 and can be removed from the magazine 2 upwards via a removal opening 14.
- the front stop 12 and the bottom surface 11 located below the removal opening 14 are open in the middle by a common cutout 15.
- the magazines 2 are marked on their removal side 13 on the outside with a machine-readable code which uniquely identifies the magazine 2 according to the type of coin rolls contained.
- the magazines 2 are located inside the dispenser 1 on intermediate floors 17 which are inclined towards the customer or removal side 16 (FIG. 3), so that the coin rolls 3 stored in the magazines 2 always roll to the front stop 12 due to the slope force.
- the magazines 2 are arranged in a matrix-like manner next to one another and one below the other on the intermediate floors 17 and are aligned on the removal side in a vertical common alignment up to directly adjoining the movement path of the receiving device 6.
- the receiving device 6 is provided with sliders, hereinafter called recesses 18, which can be moved in the direction of the double arrow 19 and each form an output device. These recesses 18 are arranged in accordance with the columns of the magazine matrix and, in their extended state, are able to remove coin rolls 3 from the respective magazines 2 during the upward movement of the lift.
- the corresponding recess 18 is extended laterally during the upward movement of the lift 5, before the height of the desired magazine 2 is reached (FIG. 3). If the lift 5 moves upward out of the movement path of the receiving device 6, the recess 18 engages through the cutout 15 in the bottom surface 11 of the magazine
- the housing 4 is closed on its upper side with a cover 21, in which a slide 22 is located.
- This slide 22 only opens a removal opening 23 arranged above the receiving device 6 in the cover 21 for the customer to remove his desired coin rolls 3 when the entire collecting and checking process has been completed.
- the lift 5, with the coin rolls 3 located in the receiving shell 20 moves upward into contact with the underside of the cover 21, where it is locked against being pressed down.
- the slide 22 then moves in the direction 24 and opens the removal opening 23 (FIG. 4).
- the lift 5 moves to a position below, and the bottom 25 of the receiving shell 20 is opened downward (FIG. 5).
- the content of the removal tray 20, e.g. Coin rolls 3 which have not been removed are tipped into a disposal container 26 which is located below the removal tray 20 and which can be moved in the direction 27 to below the bottom intermediate shelf 17.
- additional devices e.g. additional single coin, banknote and banknote bundle dispensers and printers for printing receipts can be provided.
- each magazine 2 On the basis of the machine-readable coding, with the aid of which each magazine 2 can be uniquely identified, each magazine 2, preferably designed as an exchangeable magazine, can be arranged on any intermediate shelf 17 in any column.
- the magazines 2 can be filled the dispenser (automatic dispenser) 1 itself can be identified by the lift 5 moving off the front of the magazines 2 and thereby learning the latest status of the magazine arrangement and filling based on the coding.
- the receiving device 6' is open towards the front and is closed off by the removal-side wall 29 of the dispensing device 1 '.
- the coin rolls 3 received in the receiving device 1 ' roll on a bottom 30 of the receiving device 6' inclined to the side wall 29 until they rest against the inside of the side wall 29.
- the receiving device 6 ' is moved in the direction of the arrow 10
- the received coin rolls 3 slide on the side wall 29 along until they are in the upper end position (removal position) on or behind a slide 22 'in the side wall 29.
- the slider 22 ' closes a removal opening 23' in the side wall 29 and is parallel to the side wall 29, e.g. displaceable at right angles to the plane of the drawing, as a result of which the received coin rolls 3, due to the inclined bottom 30, are dispensed to the user from the dispensing opening 23 'which has now been released.
