Abstract
En el presente documento, se proporcionan composiciones de aceite de pongamia adecuadas para el consumo animal, en particular el consumo humano, así como métodos para producir tales composiciones. Las composiciones son comestibles y de sabor no amargo, y tienen ciertos atributos que hacen que tales composiciones sean adecuadas para su uso como y/o en diversos productos alimenticios y bebidas. En el presente documento, también se proporcionan métodos para analizar el aceite de pongamia.
