Abstract

En el presente documento, se proporcionan composiciones obtenidas del procesamiento de semillas oleaginosas de pongamia. Las composiciones de pongamia resultantes pueden estar en forma de harina y tienen una composición nutricional optimizada que se logra sometiendo las semillas oleaginosas de pongamia a ciertas etapas de procesamiento. Las composiciones de pongamia resultantes también pueden tener niveles reducidos de karanjin, pongamol y taninos.
